I shopped for tree trimmers for a month and I chose Brad at Best Tree Care. He was not the cheapest, but he was also not the most expensive. I had 20 trees on property that mean alot to me and my house. I was not going to go with anyone that came by . Brad loves trees, he knows trees, and his team cares about them. his team came out at 8 , left at noon with no trace of them being there. i will use him as my permanent ""in house tree guy'. more

Invited Austin Best Tree Care out to provide estimate for tree trimming. They showed up an hour late and then proceeded to argue with almost everything I had to say & asked them to do. Quickly became apparent we were not going to work well together & I thanked them for coming out - at which time the owner began to curse me. Very unprofessional individual. more

Brad Uffelman is a great Austin arborist. Brad and his crew of treemen are very experienced and professional. First of all, his crew arrived on time with the proper equipment to handle our tree service needs and with the right attitude. Brad and his team of tree specialists removed some rather large tree branches close to my home overhanging my roof. They removed the tree limbs with extra special care to ensure the limbs did not hit and damage our house. When up in the trees, his crew took the extra time to ensure their safety, which gave me additional peace of mind. Brad's team of tree specialists truly went the extra mile in completing our tree service on time and within our budget. I am very satisfied with the tree service we received.
