GREAT for Bachelorette Parties!! :) 5/26/2009

I used BEST Transportation for my best friend's bachelorette party and it was perfect! Our driver was very accommodating and took us everywhere we wanted to go (even unplanned stops). The rules about alcohol were very reasonable. There were no extra surcharges for bringing alcohol on the bus. In fact, the bus was stocked with ice to make drinks and with bottled water. Other companies said we would not be allowed to bring on Jello shots - but BEST Transportation said we could. (The only rule re: alcohol was no glass beer bottles.) Overall, we had a great experience with friendly service at a great price. Holiday Lights 1/2/2009

Our family just used Best Transportation for a Holiday Lights tour and it was great!! Our chauffeur was so nice and Desiree in the office was very helpful. It was a lot of fun for our family to see all of the Christmas Lights from our limo party bus. We will use this company again !! Pros: Excellent Service!! more

Warning - Bad Service 1/8/2008

I had a really bad experience with Best Transportation just a few weeks ago. I had a very important event and they charged me a huge unauthorized amount on my credit card - an amount not agreed upon. When I reviewed my account and called them, they were rude and refused to refund any money. Since then, I have filed complaints and including my bank regarding this situation. Please trust me and use someone else - there are so many other transporation companies that won't take your money unauthorized!
