It was our intent to buy a new vehicle although not that day but everything went so smoothly that we knew we were in the right place to make our purchase. Scott MacMullen treated us with great respect and patience. We took our time and drove all the vehicles we were interested in. When ever there was a question that Scott couldn't answer he immediately found someone who could and those people never acted like they put out at having to leave what they were doing. Kelly answered the many questions we had that were pertinent to her job. I can not remember the finance person's name but he also took a good amount of time answering our questions and making sure we understood everything. Scott has told me that I can come back every day if I need to until I can work all the electronics and boy there are a lot! Obviously the price turned out OK or we would not have bought anything. Upon arriving at Kia, we were greeted with many friendly faces including Dominic Gibbs. We told him we hadn't bought a new car since 2003 and we weren't quite sure what we were looking for. He told us about the many different options in our price range and walked us through the lot letting us sit in the vehicles. We were still unsure at this point and left to look at another dealership. Our experience was not as positive as the one at Kia and we went back and asked Dominic to help us again. We finally decided on a car and Dominic and the rest of the staff at Kia made the whole buying process extremely easy. We never felt any pressure and left extremely happy with our purchase.
