An absolute horror story to deal with. My daughter worked at this particular store for about a year and has since spent 6 years in retail sales elsewhere. She told me that she has never since seen so many unhappy and dissatisfied customers as she did at Best Buy.
They have the most restrictive return/refund policy in the business and put you in an eternal loop of ?gift cards? rather than give you your money back to shop elsewhere. Customer Satisfaction is the last thing on their mind?just sell and get them out the door seems to be the watchword. Ever wonder why there is such a massive turnover in store personnel?
There are numerous other outlets that are vastly superior in which you can purchase electronic items?buy from them and save yourself the trouble, cost, headaches and frustration that seem to be all too typical from those who buy merchandise from ?Best Buy?.
