Excellent service 5/2/2011

I received excellent service during my recent new car purchase. My salesman Nuno was very knowlegable about the Forester I purchased, worked with the parts department and service department to order and install the various accessories I purchased, and as I wasn't trading in my old car, even drove my old car back to my house for me after I picked up the new car. He also made clear after the sale that I should call him if I have any more questions about the vehicle after I got it home. I didn't use dealer financing and haven't personally used the service department yet so I can't comment on those. more

Excellent service 5/2/2011

I received excellent service during my recent new car purchase. Easy process 4/27/2011

Everyone at Bertera Subaru was great!!! Jonathon B went above and beyond the call of duty. He made the process of buying a car easy and just a great experience. We just got the car today and have been using it all day just driving around and having fun. So glad that we chose Bertera Subaru!!! more

Completely Satisfied 4/7/2011

I recently was in a serious car accident where my 2008 Tribeca was totaled, so I found myself once again on the internet trying to locate a vehicle for replacement. I went into this very skeptical as my last experience with another dealer was very dissatisfying to say the least. I spent allot of time and talked with many Subaru dealers around the country before settling with Bertera in West Springfield MA. The salesman Rich Santoni made it painless to find, negotiate and equip my new 2010 Tribeca. I will admit there were a few snags in getting the paper work to Florida timely but with all honesty from the moment the issue arose the entire dealership from our salesman Rich Santoni to the sales manager Chris, to the finance dept headed by Mary, they each bent over backwards, and moved mountains to not only speed things up, but make sure I was happy. I have received follow up calls to double ck if everything was satisfactory. It takes an honest business to find an issue and make it right with a smile on their face. That gives me confidence in their dealership and sales team. more

This the second Subaru we have bought from this dealer. We are very pleased with the product and service we have received throught the years. Bought a car here last year. We were pleased at the fast service that we received. It didn't take a long time for the financing to go through. We picked up the car the next day. It was very clean and everything was done properly. more

Am very happy 3/8/2011

Rich made buying my subaru legacy very easy. I did not want to be pushed and pushed like I have been in the past. I asked for a price and I got one right away, unlike some other places I looked at. When I got there i drove the car I wanted just not the exact color which they got for me no problem. Since he gave me the price right away I felt he was not there to play games. Alot of other places wanted me to go into the store and get the rpice there. So all I really want to say is that I am very happy with Rich and bertera subaru. more

Darrin was hands down the best dealer I talked to in the car hunting process. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and I couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful or genuine. He didn't try to force me to buy a car he wanted to get rid of, and instead made sure the car was right for me. He was able to tell me more about the car than I or any other dealer knew thanks to his research. Darrin is thorough in his research, and especially in his customer service. I didn't feel like I was talking with a salesman; I felt like I was talking to a person. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a car, whether it's a Subaru or any other make, as I know Darrin will find the right car. Thank you so much!
