Finally, somebody gets it! Johnny Perez and Berlis exceeded my expectations. The work was extensive and difficult to complete and was all done under the umbrella of the insurance claim. My BMW looks much better now than it did before the accident. more

I cannot say enough about Nathan and Berli's! I had an unfortunate incident that took the front end off of my LR4. I was devastated. My new car! Well, I called Landrover in Austin to find out who they recommend for body work and the first one mentioned was Berli's. They are located in Pflugerville which is very close to Round Rock where I live. Nathan estimated that the work would take 3 to 4 weeks and they had my car for 17 days. Much earlier than I expected to have it back. Nathan kept me informed througout the repair and even took care of items that I mentioned wanting done without me reminding him. He really listened to my needs and my brand new car is as good as brand new!\r I will recommend Berli's to all my friends and family! Berli's has a very professional and efficent staff. I met with Johhny Perez to get an estimate on the damage to my Lexus RX330. He was very thorough and went over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb. He called me often to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs. While they had my vehicle for repair I was out of town and received news that the Pflugerville area received large hail and winds. I called Johnny and he assured me that they had put all their vehicles inside to protect them, I was relieved. When I received my car back I was very pleased with the repairs. The workmanship was impeccable! I would not hesitate to recommend Berli's to anyone because I know they would treat all their customers with the respect and professionalism I received. I hope I don't have to use them again but if I do I will definitely go back to Berli's. more

After a suicidal deer attacked my wife's X5 BMW, my dealer recommended Berli's in addition to a bodyshop they own. I picked Berli's because of their reputation, and I was not disappointed. This is the only body shop I've trusted to work on my BMW they use only new original factory parts and the quality of the work is excellent. They will completely buff out your paint to remove minor scratches and you're car will look like new again! It's unfortunate any time your car needs body work but it's great to know there is a body shop that is trustworthy and committed to delivering the highest quality body work. more

Not willing to drop my BMW to any body shop, I did my homework and even called the BMW dealer to ask for a recomendation on a body shop. The owner of the local dealer also owns a body shop, but besides recomending their own shop they also recomended Berli's. So I took my car to Berli's and after picking it up from the shop (and i'm a pretty anal about quality) I could only see good quality in the work they did (color matching, shine, parts and the amount of detail that is put in the finishing). At this point I wouldn't go anywhere else for auto body work or paint in Austin. Very courteous staff, prompt and helpful. I don't have much to compare with (since fortunately I didn't have many accidents) but it is the best body work any of my cars has received. Besides their staff showed to be very knowledgable about insurance's procedures, they would take the time to explain to you any and all possibilities you may face with the insurance (weather it's yours or the other guys insurance). In general, all car repair/service businesses are sort of hard to trust but in my opinion these guys are the exemption. I'd highly recommend this shop for any body repair, they are on the pricey side... but hey... you sure get top notch quality. more

I unfortunately have been in too many accidents/wrecks in my 40 years of living, and have been to numerous repair facilities. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL. Chad, Ryan, and Ronnie are the ones I dealt with, and they were so courteous and extremely helpful. I have been to Berli's once before for a previous wreck and had the same experience, so consistency is most definitely present. I will go back in a heartbeat with my next wreck, but hopefully this will be my last ;) more

After two body repair jobs to my BMW, I wouldn't go anywhere else for auto body work or paint in Texas. Professional and courteous, prompt and helpful, and the best work I've ever received on my autos.They'll go to bat for you with insurance adjusters whether it is your insurance company or the ""other guy's"". I was kept well informed every step of the way during the repair process. I only wish every business I deal with would be so professional. more

I've been using Berli's on more than a few occasions over the past few years, and my experience with them has been nothing short of excellence. I must say, they may not get it right the first time, but my goodness, they absolutely will not disappoint you during the 2nd attempt. They are super courteous, and professional. Extremely accommodating, and willing to listen. The work they do is so good, that you have a real hard time in spotting the previous damage area. I'm very critical when it comes to my car repairs, and they impressed me every time. John was my adviser, and I have no hesitation in dealing with him again (but I hope I wouldn't need to!) Price wise, it's pretty good, considering the quality, but most of the time, it was for insurance claims, so I can't comment too much here. Big thumbs up, if you own a premium brand vehicle that needs body repair. I swear if they do engine repairs and service as well, I'll pick Berli's over my dealership! more

I had someone giving me a glowing recommendation for Berli’s, and I am glad they did. Just had them do extensive rear-end bodywork on my Infinity. The result is that the car looks better than new. Scheduling was fixable and very compatible with my needs. They meet the timetable laid out for completion of the car. Customer service was above average and very professional. My wife's pearl white Toyota SUV had hood and windshield damage from an accident. This paint is a three step process and has to be done right to match and look good. Nathan explained everything to me that needed to be done in order to restore it to pre-accident condition which included blending the paint on the fenders to have a good paint match. When we picked our car up, we were amazed at how it looked. It looked as good or maybe even better than when we bought it! They also included an awesome detail of the entire car inside and out. Excellent work, would definitely use them again. I have had paint and body work done at other shops and was never 100% satisfied with the attention to detail. Berli's has exceeded my expectations with the repairs performed on our SUV. more

I was rear ended and Berli's did the body repair on my vehicle (I'm a repeat customer). They advocate for you with both the insurance company and the car rental company - so you basically are able to leave almost everything up to them. They are also well respected by these companies. When I told the insurance adjuster where I wanted my work done, she said ""You couldn't pick a better place"". I think Berli's motto should be ""don't worry - no problem"". My car was immaculate when they finished and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Johnny Perez is patient and goes into great detail about what needs to be done, and later, in describing what actually was done. It's the absolute best place to handle your auto body needs! more

This was our second time with Berli's over several years. We were extremely pleased the first time and once again they hit the mark. On three different occasions we have had body work done by Berli's, most recently in February 2012. So fine was the repair and restoration they applied to my wife's car some years ago that I took my own vehicle to them on the two occasions it needed a similar amount of work.In all three instances the job was estimated fairly, the arrangements were worked out smoothly with the insurance company, and the completed product was delivered in a timely manner, to say nothing of the expert workmanship so prominent in each instance. Berli's is clearly the top of the line, and it is even a pleasure to deal with the people there. more

I have had my car repaired at Berli's 3 times, 1 major and 2 minor. Ronnie has taken excellent care of me and my car always keeping me informed of the progress. He has gone to bat for me with the insurance company to make sure my car is repaired up to the standards I expect. I would never take my car anywhere else. I brought in my 2003 ML350 to Berli's on the recommendation of the Georgetown Mercedes dealer. I had been rear ended and my bumper was pretty much destroyed. John my service advisor was very polite, professional and just a nice guy with which to work. He kept me up to date throughout the process. When I got my car back you could not tell what had been repaired. It looked even better than it did before the accident as Berli's had not only fixed my bumper but also performed an exterior detail on the car. On top of that they also touched up several rock chips that I had for free. I will definitely return to Berli's if I need any future paint or bodywork. more

Being new to Austin, after my Lexus was rear-ended, the dealer recommended Berli's. Steve was my service manager and did a great job walking me through the process, explaining the work, what our options were regarding insurance quoting refurb parts etc. He kept me up to date on the job progress. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair and Steve also arranged to have some additional cosmetic work done for me, separate from the insurance claim.
