I was in there for an oil change and for them to inspect a weird sound, they found the issue, (lower ball joint) and gave me an estimate for repair which was reasonable as i did some investigation of cost of same repair with other shops. They were willing to answer my questions and very helpful and professional and i did not feel they were trying to take advantage of me as i am a woman and that can be the case as other businesses try to talk down to me when i inquire things about a car issue that i may be having, mainly in the past. more

When I walked in I wasn't there to buy a vehicle, than I saw one I liked so I went an found a salesman. With all the people who talked to me an all the numbers an waiting around, it was making me irritated. I got up to leave several times. It was like no one was listening to me when I was talking I them. They had me test driving vehicles I wasn't even interested in an the one vehicle I was they didn't even want me to test drive it. I'm actually surprised I even bought anything that day. more

I worked with Korey at Benna on a whim. I simply walked in and started looking for a new Ford Edge. Korey helped me out. He has a laid-back, no-pressure approach. When I told him I wanted to go home and think about buying the car, he didn't hassle me or throw the line "what can I do to get you to leave with this car today?" at me. The no-pressure approach was really appreciated, because I had been to two other dealers in the past week who DID throw that line at me when I tried to walk out the door. I ran numbers for my budget and gave Korey the bottom line...if he could get me into the car within my ideal payment, we could have a deal. After very little haggling...very little even on my part...Korey had me in the price range I wanted to be, and I closed the deal. I got into my dream car for the price I wanted, and was even able to get into a 6-year bumper-to-bumper warranty so I now have a worry-free vehicle for six year! I'm very happy, to say the least. Korey was quick to respond to my phone calls, texts, and emails. Because of this, I feel that ALL my questions were answered satisfactorily and I am 100% confident in my purchase because of that. And my new Ford Edge? I love it to death. I finally have everything I want out of a vehicle, thanks to Korey & Benna. I'll be heading back here to try out the service department, too! more
