The new Kohler faucet that was installed was defective water leaked all over kitchen bamboo floor and into basement.

I have been using BF for several years and have always been pleased with the prompt, professional, and positive service that I have received from them. I always ask for Brian Lysak, if he is available because he has done most of the work for us and familiar with our home, but have always been pleased with anyone from BF has done work for us. I plan to continue using BF for my plumbing needs. more

So much money for so little work. Over $400 to fix a leaking toilet. I really could have done it myself.. 10/12/2017

The serviceman was nice and friendly. Don’t know if he had any control over the price. We knew what it would be but that’ s crazy. We were taken. Don’ t use them unless you are getting flooded out. Call a local plumber instead. Or better yet do the job yourself. Never again.R more

I needed a new furnace and Ben Franklin was recommended by a neighbor. I was not disappointed. They listened to what I wanted and worked hard to make the whole experience pleasant for me. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Pleased, but... 10/5/2017

There was a serious miscommunication between your office and me regarding my "insurance" plans. I rec'd a call yesterday which informed me that I owe yet almost $150 to BFP. I had renewed my plan the day before and was told that it would be respected, even before the 30 day "official" start point. I, therefore, am going to challenge this new charge. Thank you. more

We started out with a individual who wasn't up to the task. When this became known, company management stepped up and completed the installation in an excellent and timely fashion. Sometimes problems happen. It's how a company addresses these that really matters and also demonstrates the true character of the company. more

Dave V. was very thorough with his inspection and fixed a couple of issues. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Ben Franklin even though prices are a little high unless you have the protection plan. more
