Today I spent the day at Bend Pet Resort. I played with other dogs all afternoon. I had a huge play area with big bucketsnof cold water. I can't wait until my next visit to Bend t...

The first time we boarded our two dogs with BPR, we were quite satisfied. However, this most recent time, our dogs came back a complete wreck. We've worked so hard to leash trai...

Bad Pet Resort!! 2/9/2009

I would not recommend that you leave your pet overnight here! My dog recently stayed at the Bend Pet Resort for a few days and came home a completely different dog! Upon picking him up, the owner ran ahead of me to let my dog out...not allowing me to see the pen that he has been staying in. Probably because my potty trained dog made some accidents. Possibly because they lock up the kennel for 13 hours with out allowing the dogs to go out for potty breaks? Not many humans can do that, let alone dogs!My dog came home a submissive, unhappy and banged up dog. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the way they treated my dog and hope that if you care for your pet at all....find somewhere else to take them! more

Bad Pet Resort 2/7/2009

I recently picked up my dog from a short 4 day stay at the Bend Pet Resort. I noticed that my dog got very submissive when the owner approaced him. In fact, the owner ran ahead to let him out of his pen before I could see where he has been staying...seems like theres something to hide! My dog came back a COMPLETELY different dog! He won't eat unless he's hand fed (he used to eat like a mad man!), every time I approach him, he cowers like I'm going to hurt him. I've NEVER raised a hand to my dog before. He urinated inside his crate because he's still so scared. He came home with cuts above his eyes and all over his snout! I never received a phone call from them telling me that there were any issues. I found it out the hard way! more

If your dog LOVES it, it must be a great place! 2/29/2008

I have boarded my corgi at Bend Pet Resort since he was a puppy (7 years). He LOVES BPR. In fact, as we begin winding the drive up their driveway, he goes nuts! He whines, jumps back and forth, and tries to get in my lap so that he can jump out the door when I open it. One time I actually let him do this, and he jumped out the door, ran through the front door of the BPR office, and went straight through the swinging door that enters the kennel area, and so long! No ""goodbye mom"", no fear. He LOVES that place. I think he would choose to live there over living with me! more
