They get it done! 1/28/2008

This is my first time at Ben White Automotive and it was a very good one. I got into a little 'fender bender' and needed a headlight. No problem. I asked if they might be able to correct the bumper and that was no problem. They did a great job and for a good price too. I won't hesitate to go there in the future. Thanks. more

Ben White Automotive - North 1/8/2008

This is my first visit to Ben White Automotive. After looking online I feel I made a good choice. I appreciate their manner at the front desk. I felt they were truly interested in finding the solution to my trucks problem. When I took my truck to investigate a noise, they were waiting to test drive it as I drove up. I feel they are good at getting to the small details, which can potentially save you money. I had been using another garage which left many details undone or substandard and was a waste of money. I feel confident that I have brought my truck to the right place to finally get it fixed to my satisfaction. more

Reliable, honest mechanics. 1/1/2008

Since Duke Automotive closed I have struggled to find a reliable auto mechanic that I felt I could trust. I have found Ben White Automotive! They replaced a shift cable and were exactly what I've been looking for. They provide easy going, courteous service that is quick and reasonably priced. I was very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future. more

Finally! TRUST at an Auto Repair Shop! 12/13/2007

I was taken care of! It is important to me that I leave a repair shop with a sense of completeness, with no questions. I left Ben White Automotive COMPLETE! The service was timely and the price was reasonable. And I was 'at home' with Mike's warm hospitality. I am making BenWhiteAuto MY Auto Repair shop!! more

Great customer service - top notch 12/2/2007

I was giving a used car to my niece and knew it had a few problems and wanted it in good order. I thought I had an idea of what the car needed but I was way off. Fortunately these guys found that my tire wear problem was due to worn out struts. The replaced the struts, inspected the car to insure it was in good working order and even installed new tires. It was so easy and with no headaches for me to deal with and that is what I call great customer service. more

Great Work at a Fair Price 11/5/2007

I have been bringing both my cars - an Olds Alero & a Nissan Altima - to Ben White Automotive North for the last several years. I use the key drop-off envelopes early in the morning as my wife and I drop off one of our cars and carpool in the other. They call with their recommendations and my options before any repairs are made. The repairs are made timely and at a fair price. I have been totally satisfied with all the repairs and maintenance they have provided to both cars. Pros: Easy drop-off system, great communication before repairs are done Cons: Small waiting room , but Krispy Kreme Donuts are nearby more

Friendly, patient, and thorough customer service 11/4/2007

When my air conditioner stopped working this summer, I took it to Ben White Automotive's north location and spoke to Mike. He was very straightforward and helpful in explaining what parts were malfunctioning, and why. He kept daily contact with me while the vehicle was being serviced, letting me know what was being worked on and what replacements needed to be made. Even though my bill was higher than I would have liked (which is common for a full replacement of an air conditioning system), my car was ready in just a few days. Mike arranged for me to get a rental car, and even a shop discount for the rental. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service that was provided. more

Uncommon Service 9/30/2007

The level of honest, prompt, knowledgeable and complete service you would expect in the 50's as a given but rarely ever come across today. They remember what you say (not just pieces of it) and ask questions when they need to instead of just arrogantly assuming the customer does not know what they are talking about. Honest Mechanics 9/26/2007

Other than the dealership, Ben White Automotive has always taken care of my car. They have reasonable prices and they have a very friendly staff. Being a woman, you can't always trust the mechanic because some will take advantage of you, however I have never been or felt treated like this before. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Pros: Service, Customer Service, Prices, Fast Turn Around Cons: Locations-Need one in Round Rock Area more

It's been awhile since I've had an auto repair shop that I really felt comfortable with. I feel fortunate that I found Ben White Automotive. Auto servicing 9/10/2007

Our Saturn had clutch problems so we took it in. They replaced the clutch a couple of thousand miles ago. Then we had another issue with clutch, turned out the hydraulic system, which they had checked the first time and was working fine, started leaking. Anyway, the car is running great, very please with its performance. more

Went the extra mile 9/1/2007

We worked with Mike who was always friendly and professional. I live in Cedar Park and have had all my maintenance and repairs on our cars done at other shops but was told by friends to check them out. We receiently needed a tune-up on a car with 90K miles with nothing but brake jobs done on it and took it to them. They did a very complete check of what was recomended and provided a detailed estimate. We were suprised when we picked it up to find they were able to beat the estimate. I don't think this would happen anywhere else. I am 100% satisfied!! They are honest and trustworthy and with the 12 month guarantee, how can you lose? I highly recommend them.
