Happy with haircut 11/29/2011

I had a very positive experience at Bello yesterday when I came in for a haircut. I had been in a few times for pedicures and always noticed that their stylists have great haircuts, so I thought I'd give them a chance. I had a picture on my phone of the one I wanted and my stylist knew exactly what to do. She made me look great and also made sure I could manage the style myself. My Shampoo/head massage was one of the best I've ever had and enjoyed myself very much. more

my first experience at bello was very relaxing and soothing. during my pedicure the warm wrap around my neck was amazing the water for my feet was perfect. during my color service carmen the hairstylist was very a sertive and professional but i was not completely not happy on the end result i saw one color not two like we had talked about but it looked pretty when i left more

Kristy did a great job with my pedicure. The nail room was clean and very relaxing. She offered a warm neck wrap to go along with the pedicure. They also have a great variety of nail polish colors to choose from, which I was very surprised by. I would recommend Bello to everyone. more

I received a gift certificate to bello for Christmas last year. I finally was able to use it on an hour long massage. What a wonderful place! They treat you like royalty, and the massage was amazing! Definitely hope to go back! more

Refused to honor LivingSocial voucher 11/19/2011

I attempted to redeem a LivingSocial voucher just before it expired -- but was told there were no appointments available, I could not make a future appointment and pay for it with the voucher, and they would not even honor the original purchase price of the voucher (a clear violation of federal consumer protection laws). I had previously patronized this business and rated it fair-to-middling, but now I will not return. more

I have had a lot of stress in my life lately, so I thought I would treat myself to a massage. It was perfect and everything I wanted. I left feeling great and even better the next day. I am going to try and make it a habit to come in once a month. Thank you very much! more
