They worked with me to get me in the vehicle I could afford and what I wanted. They found ways to put me in the vehicle I wanted. They were friendly and nice and understood what I wanted and helped me achieve it. There finance office was excellent and even got me from 22% to 14%. I would send anyone I know to Bell Honda. I thank Bill for calling us to give us the incentive to come in to check if purchasing a new Pilot was a possibility. I was quite reluctant but he was able to answer my concerns so he was the reason for us checking out the possibility. John Paul met us at the door in a very friendly manner and said that Bill had to leave and that he would help us out. He ended up being our salesperson and did a super job as did the accountant. They worked very hard to meet our needs. John Paul also did a great job of introducting the new pilot to us. Chris, in finance, knows his material very well. He also knew how to present it so we could understand it. My husband said ""he could sell ice to the Eskimos."" This is the third pilot we have purchased at Bell Honda. We have really appreciated their friendliness and service. more

I have had the opportunity to visit Bell Honda twice for service on my 2003 Accord. On both occasions the Service Advisor was polite, concerned and very knowledgeable. He (Steve) was very assuring and confident his technicians could resolve my issues. Not only did they expertly resolve my issues, they did it in a very prompt way with a genuine sense of urgency and a desire to fix the problems correctly the first time. One of the problems I had was very complex and my original choice to fix the car failed to correctly diagnose the problem on 5 straight visits. Bell Honda nailed it right away. I happily recommend them. more

Bill was very professional,kind & nice & he helped us find the car we were looking for. I was really interested in a Hybrid with gas prices rising & also as a matter of priciple - I think everyone should be driving one in the future, not only to cut down on a our need for gas, but also it is ecologically the thing to do. I had look at the Toyota Pruus & liked it, but it was a little more money than I wanted to spend & the WOW factor wasn't there. I asked to look at the Insight, but was not crazy about the design & look of the car. Bill suggested I look at a CRZ. I looked at several & found one I loved. I bought a gorgeous Northshore blue one may I add for the price I was willing to spend. I LOVE it. I never though I could get my midlife crisis cute car & a hybrid in one. This one ceratinly fills the bill. Everywhere I go people comment on it & I have been singing it's praises. Even going through a drivethrough of a store - ""I love your car - what kind is it?"" I think Bill is to be commended for listening to his customers (my husband & I) & getting us into a vehicle that is perfect for us in every way! Thank you Bill!!! more

My wife and I were extremely satified with our experience in dealing with the Bell Honda dealership, and consequently buying a new Honda CRV LX. The Customoer Service provided by the team of Jon-Paul and Dave Cook was outstanding. The whole process that we were engaged in was well streamlined, highly efficient and well managed by them. For example finding the right vehicle with the desired features,the negotiation of price and our used car trade-in value was agreeable, obtaining a car loan with a low interest rate,and a final quality check on the vehicle at various stages before we left the parking lot. Both of these individuals excelled in customer service and professionalism and should be highly commended. They were very attentive to all of our questions and provided detailed replies, we were not pressured into buying a vehicle and felt comfortable during the whole process,their communiction skills were excellent, and above all they wanted to make sure we were completly satisfied before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. Without a doubt, my wife and I highly recommend dealing with Jon-Paul and Dave at this dealership when buying a new or used vehicle. more

customer service has been excellent. I am moving to AZ, and plan to fly in so all my dealings with Harvey have been by phone, email and mail. He has been extremely helpful and accomodative. He has been so friendly, I feel like I've known him for years and trust him. He sent us pictures of our car, checked on a remote starter for us, and provised to keep it clean until we arrive. Harvey actually plans to deliver our car to us at the airport. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Bell. more

Overall a pleasant car buying experience 6/2/2011

I was referred to Bell Honda by a friend/co-worker to purchase a Used Vehicle that was on their lot. After I was initially told the price of the vehicle and was provided with an estimated ""out the door"" price, I walked into the Fleet Finance department and spoke with Mr. Kevin Covington who showed me the vehicle. After viewing the vehicle, once we got to the table to finalize the ?out the door? price (and NOT Kevin's fault), Kevin's manager (Lee?) pulled the typical ""Oh, we forgot that we added this, and that the price of the vehicle did not include that? blah, blah, blah). Well, needless to say, I was upset that they pulled this typical car sales approach and promptly walked out. A few hours later, I received a call from Lee's manager (Cory? - who if I recall correctly was the Fleet Finance Manager)... Cory and I talked over the phone and after a relatively detailed conversation, he promptly eased my mind that Lee was not intending to mislead me on the price/cost of the vehicle, and that any of the aforementioned price/cost increases of the vehicle would be resolved immediately on the phone... Cory made me a very reasonable ""out the door"" price over the phone that was close to what I was calculating should have been the ""out the door"" price from the beginning. I verbally accepted the offer and drove back over to Bell Honda to purchase the vehicle that evening. Although the process was still rather lengthy, I must commend Kevin for his politeness, patience and genuine care that he showed me throughout the process... not only did Kevin stay with me until I signed all of my paperwork, we actually had a pretty insightful conversation while awaiting the finance person (Chris Quintana), who, I might add, was also very polite. Although I unfortunately had to endure a brief (unexpected) moment of what I would call a typical car buying experience (with adding misc. items/expenses to the cost of the vehicle), I must say that the Bell Honda Team pulled together to resolve any issue/misunderstanding that arose, and made it an overall pleasant car buying experience... to the point that I will recommend Mr. Kevin Covington (and Bell Honda) to my friends and family - with the caveat to bring your A game and be ready to do business! :). Note: I have not had to have my vehicle serviced yet, but, I am hopefully optimistic that it will be a pleasurable experience. more

Incredible! 6/2/2011

The sales aspect of the deal was incredible. I had a rock bottom price I wanted to pay, they had the color I wanted, went over that number via phone and email with Kevin WITH a trade in, and it was hassle free. I drove 2 hours to get the car and was pleasantly surprised when I showed up that there was NO jerking around or hassles. Kevin had a no nonsense approach that I really appreciated. The 'finance' aspect or as I like to call the ""we're trying to sell you more crap"" department was a little more annoying. I had to listen to the sales pitxh 4 times by 2 different people. I politely told them 4 times thanks, but no thanks. I guess they gotta try, right. Anyway, my overall experience was good and with the new Civics coming and the 0.9% financing offered thru Honda, this was a slam dunk no brainer! I'd go there again! more

I called around the valley first trying to track down who had White Honda Fit's in stock, Bell Honda had 5! After talked to a couple of different people on the phone I made my way down to the dealership and met up with Carlos Valadez, He was very helpful and we quickly came to a price that we could both agree on. Finance went pretty quick and painless and I was on my way! I have to bring my car back to have them fix two of the protective strips on the door edges but I am sure they will take great care of me! We started with e-mail deciding what to buy. Carlos invited me down to see and drive the 2011 Honda CRV with everything except 4 W/D.My experience with BEll Honda was exceptional. Jason Teel assisted Carlos in the sale and explaned everything about the CRV. After driving the CRV I decided to buy and the price was agreed to in a friendly manner. Straightforward 5/24/2011

We were sent to Bell Honda through Costco. Participating dealers are required to show customers the pre-arranged Costco pricing for the vehicle they want to buy, so we had information ""up front"" about pricing. The salesperson (Jason T in Internet sales) was very straightforward. There were no ""games"" played or surprise hidden charges when we sat down to negotiate the price. Jason tried to make us comfortable and seemed to genuinely want us to get a car that fit our needs and our budget. We have nothing but good things to say about him. When it came time to arrange financing, things got a bit less friendly. The finance department representative clearly was interested in getting us to buy a very expensive extended service plan (MPP) and tried a hard sell approach at first, including some options we felt were completely unnecessary. When the hard sell didn't work he called in his supervisor who had more authority to adjust prices and change options. After about 1-1/2 hours we agreed to buy only the items we were interested in at a much better price than their initial offer. We haven't gone back for the first vehicle service yet but hope that our relationship with Bell Honda continues to be a good one. more
