Broken Door Handle Mechanism 8/26/2011

The interior door handle mechanism did not work, making it impossible to open the driver side door from the inside. I arrived at Beckley at 8:00 a.m. without an appointment. The door handle was fixed before noon, and I picked the car up shortly after lunch. I apreciate the prompt and efficent service from Beckley. more

Easy To Work With 8/22/2011

We had a vehicle emergency come up, and Beckley's made sure that we were well taken care of. They accomodated our last minute request, fixed it right away and were very inexpensive. We were treated like royalty from start to finish! Thanks to the entire staff! more

Unexpected Brake Repairs 8/19/2011

The folks at Beckley's were very courteous and helpful. We had some difficulty with the rear brakes on our Toyota Land Cruiser. Beckley's diagnosed the problem right away and contacted me with recommendations and a very accurate quote. The vehicle was repaired and they were able to pick me up and bring me back to the office on short notice when my other ride fell through. The service at Beckley's is exceptional and I trust them with any repair work. I will definitely be going back to them for any future work on my vehicle. more

Lifesaver! 7/27/2011

Aaron and the others at Beckley were my salvation! While half way through a 600 mile journey the water pump on my Saab needed to be replaced. Our hotel clerk recommended I go to Beckley. I showed up at Beckley's shop unannounced at 7 am and the car was ready to go by 4pm. The shuttle service was invaluable to me as a traveler in an unfamiliar city. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, not that having car trouble in 100 degree weather is something one would ask for. Too bad I can't drive 300 miles each time I need service. I wish I could. more

I've been going to Beckley Automotive for a long time. I'm always greeted by name when I call for an appointment and when I drop off my car. The care they give my car is excellent. I always feel that I'm being given fair and up front information. I would highly recommend them to anyone! more

Replacing/repairing air conditioning JEtta 1998 6/23/2011

All staff is very polite and profesional. I am confident about taking my car to Beckley's, but of course, hand labor is more expensive there. I would like you to review the estimate that you gave me earlier... I think it was about $1500 for A/C repair, but today I had to pay a bill for about $1700. Thanks for your time and consideration about prices. Since I am a senior citizen now retiring, prices are not a gib concern to me. Thanks a lot. more

Great Service 6/13/2011

Beckly is alot less expensive than the local VW dealer and they actually seem to be knowledgeable. The VW dealer is hard to deal with and so it is nice and refreshing to work with individuals who are top notch in what they do. more

Outstanding! 5/23/2011

My experience at Beckley's was outstanding. I was treated with respect by the gentlemen on the front counter with the repair being explained in detail. I also appreciated the atmosphere in their reception area - it was very clean, has wi-fi, and a has comfortable area for me to work in while my truck was being repaired. My whole experience was outstanding and I look forward to my future dealings with them. more

Of all the options out there for auto repair, time and time again Beckley has proven to be the best. I don't mind spending a little more money if I can be confident the job is done right. more

They do what they say will do and if something comes up they call you and discuss the situation. They let you make the choice, no high pressure sales. Very knowledgable staff. more
