Beauty-Crete, is the most unprofessional company I’ve EVER dealt with. If you use this company, you \r better hope you do not have any problems, because getting them back out to look at it, is slim to none.\r \r I had concrete stamped and stained flooring installed. This start date was December 2, 2013. The work \r was completed on December 8th. This was the date we were able to move back into our home. Right \r away I saw an area that didn’t look good at all, and it was right in the middle of the floor. I started \r calling and texting both Scott Hargrove and Wesley Fjeldsted right away. Between this date and \r December I sent many text messages and called many times. On December 18th Scott can down to look \r at the work. He then told me Wes would need to handle my issue. More text messages were sent. \r December 26th, 27th and 30th. On the 30th Wes sent a text stating he would call tomorrow. On \r December 31st, Wes sent a text “I’m out of the office today, give me a call tomorrow”. I called on \r January 1, 2013. Wes didn’t answer, non return my call.\r \r Wes and I set an appointment for the next week, however the weather turned bad, and he was unable \r to make it down. Another appointment was set for January 15th. Wes cancelled, because he was sick. \r Next appointment was, February 5 2014 @ 3:30. Wes said he would need to leave by 4 to make it to his \r son’s birthday party. I left work early on the 5th, so we could move the time up. Then Wes cancelled all \r together, due to a flat tire. Next appointment February 7, 2014. Wes cancelled due to septic tank \r backing up. Next appointment March 5, 2014. Wes didn’t even have the consideration to call or text \r this time. Wes was a no show. I sent him two text messages, but Wes didn’t answer either.\r So 3 months later and I still can’t get them to fix my problem, and Wes doesn’t even feel the need to \r keep his appointments. I would not recommend this company!!\r more

We had old cool-decking around the pool and patio. We decided to go with the Spray Texture and choose a darker color with a color band around the pool. I wrote a $1500 check that day and was promised that the girls in the officer would call to schedule. Well...days went by and no call. So I called to see when they might start. But they sure cashed their check fast! A week or 2 later, they started the job. It looked fantastic and we were so happy....with the exception of the horrendous looking pool that cost $400 in chemicals to get back right. Then...we started normal daily use of the backyard again. Kids, dogs, etc. It's summer...and we have a pool! Anyways, we started to see that there were scratches EVERYWHERE. You couldn't move a chair across the floor without it scratching. And that cool color band we choose for around the pool looked like my 6 year old painted it. There was paint bleeds on both sides of the line. So we called the office to complain. After a few uncomfortable conversations, they came back out to fix the paint bleed and touch up the scratches. Well...some of the scratches. And the paint bleed...well, it was just worse. SO AGAIN, we called to complain. Somehow we got to the point where they were going to come out and grind up the surface and re-do it. So the same crew came back out and started to grind. When you grind...there is dust. A lot of dust...dark paint colored dust. Dark paint colored dust covering the entire bottom of your pool growing algae dust. UGH. \r They finished grinding the entire surface and cleaned up debris. Then they started taping off the color band to prep. I started to worry, because they would only be taping off it they were going to paint. What about the texture? The SPRAY TEXTURE WE PAID FOR? After they grinded, it was super smooth. We were told that the OWNER came out and he said it looked fine. Told us that they would put a little extra stuff in the paint for non-skid. At this point, we were just DONE and wanted it done. So we again trusted this company that prides themselves on a long history of service in Tulsa. A family business. SO...they started to paint. I nervously watched them throughout the day. As they worked their way to painting the back patio...I about collapsed at the back door. YOU COULD SEE EVERY GRIND PATTERN RIGHT THROUGH THE PAINT. It looked horrible and I just wanted to cry. Later on my husband went out and looked at the color band...and of course there was bleeding on either side. The crew was still out there so he asked if they could touch it up...they did. And yep...it just bled to the other side again.\r We restricted the house of stepping foot on the deck for about 24 hours...just to be sure no one scratched or messed it up until it was clear it was dry and we went out to inspect. OMG...it looks terrible. I am full of tears and so just mad. You can see where the grind patterns are everywhere, the paint roller obviously didn't have enough paint on it because it is blotchy, and there is a footprint of the darker paint on the lighter color band. I called the office to complain...said I'm DONE, just bring me the paint and I'll do it myself. She said, ""Ok, we'll drop off some paint""\r Called Wes, the owner or owner's son...whatever. He answered, said I'll call you right back. That was an hour ago. \r $5700 and I'm pretty sure my husband and I could have had the same end result putting our 6 children under the age of 14 to work out there for $300.\r COMPLETELY DISGUSTED\r No one called to check on things or to see if we were happy. Customer service is completely lacking…or they really just didn’t care. Every time I called I felt guilty…like I was being a pest, and I apologized every time. I feel so stupid, because it is there job to apologize and never once did they.\r more

I had a wonderful experience with beauty crete. I have now worked with them over a dozen times. I have 30 years as a residential general contractor in MIdTown Tulsa and grand lake. I was pleased with everyone I have det with. The entire team is professional, courteous, and most importantly their number one goal is customer satisfaction. They are the best I've ever used for decorative concrete and swimming pool renovation. I have and will continue to use beauty crete for many years to come. more

The worst experience EVER! The company did return to repair poor and sloppy application of the Beauty-Crete product! The deck had severe cracking prior to the application and Beauty-Crete was to repair that cracking before the Beauty-Crete application! It has CRACKED even worse! The manager is the rudest business person with whom I've ever dealt!!!!!! He informed me, and I think you should know, they don't guaranty CRACKING!!! So, they can do a poor job, take an exorbitant amount of money, and you have no recourse! DO NOT USE this Company in the TULSA area!!!!!!!!!! more
