Cynthia, the owner, takes care of every need I have. I have all my skin products from the spa and they have transformed my skin. The facials/peels are great as well. I would love to keep this place a secret so that I always get an appointment, but it deserves public recognition. \r more

I am in my late 30's and had never had a facial before. I decided to treat myself to see what it is all about. I am a believer now! A friend recommended Beautifica Day Spa. From the moment I walked through the door I found the whole experience very comfortable and professional. The esthetician took the time to talk to me about my skin, my concerns and the products that I use. She also even talked with me about my lifestyle (I love to be in the sun!!) All of this while I received a very very relaxing facial. My skin has never felt better! More importantly, I left feeling like I understood what was causing wrinkles and breakouts in my skin. I did not feel pressured to buy tons of lotions and potions, I felt like I had been advised by a friend on my options. I am prepared now to take better care of myself and my skin. I will definitely go back for more facials, at least every 2-3 months if I can!\r \r more

I am hooked on Beautifica's gel manicures. They last for 3 weeks and on the third week there are no nicks on my nails. Its fabulous. There is a great color selection to choose from. And not only does the manicure look great on week 3 but the manicure itself is super fast & is at a great price. Recently there was a groupon for it so its even better! Cynthia who does my nails is fantastic. We always have a great chat when I'm in there. The spa has a very relaxing tone to it as well so I look forward to going there. I highly recommend Beautifica for all their services! more

If you have pale skin like me this is the place to go. Their spray tans are flawless and last a while. Everyone that sees me wants to know where I went on vacation! I tell them Beautifica Day Spa in Auburndale MA!! The staff are fabulous, courteous, and very knowledgeable. So if you are ready to get rid of your pale skin this is the best place to go. You won't be sorry and you won't look orange! You'll look like you just stepped off the plane from the Bahamas! more

Out of fairness, I am rating this a 2 is because I didn't experience a treatment, just very poor customer service like the others with groupons. Every time that I called (and within the listed business hours), I received the answering machine. It took me 2 days of phone tag to schedule an appointment for a spray tan. I chose a Friday evening because I was flying out to a wedding the next morning. 6 hours before my scheduled appointment, I received a voice mail canceling because the technician ""couldn't make it in."" I called with concern of the coupon expiring the following week and the woman on the phone assured me that they could extend the deal and honor it a few weeks later due to the inconvenience. Not wanting a spray tan for no reason in the fall, I decided to wait for another occasion. The next week, I called to make an appointment 3 weeks out for another event and I was told that there was no way it could be honored at that rate 3 weeks later and that it was a 7 day policy. I explained my previous discussion and she rudely kept repeating herself, despite me acknowledging that although she claims this is the policy, the last employee stated otherwise and now I cannot take advantage of a deal that I purchased and was told I would be able to use a few weeks later... Given this customer service, I will not be using either the spray tan or gel manicure groupons at this establishment. Although I was excited to try out these services and make this my ""regular spa"" for I plan on taking my future, consistent business elsewhere. more

I see Cynthia, the Esthetician, monthly for a facial - it is a treat I've been giving myself for years. I'd rather give up coffee than give up my monthly time with Cynthia! She is the best esthetician I've ever been to, bar none. Each and every time I see her, it is a wonderful experience of relaxation and pampering. She goes the extra mile with each customer to make them feel special. I leave with a healthy, glowing complexion and a feeling that I've just been to the best spa in town. I had a facial from the owner. I was really impressed with her knowledge of skin care and the fact that she took the time to explain everything to me. The room was very relaxing and very clean. She gave me a wonderful facial. My skin was so soft and smooth from the exfoliant she used I bought one to use at home. (Beautifica has their own brand of skin care products) My skin was glowing for days afterward. I left feeling pampered but also educated about my skin. This spa is a lovely gem! more

The spray tan here is flawless! I am getting married and was really nervous about getting spray tanned. The staff was very patient and answered all of my many questions. The spray tan came out perfect. It wasn't streaky or orange. I went into the spa pale and when I left I had a tan that was a beautiful shade of brown. I am now hooked on spray tanning and plan to go back every week. more

I am a regular here for many reasons. Beautifica uses all organic & vegan products and now their packaging is eco friendly. I think this is wonderful and I have never found another spa that does this. Not only are they a fabulous spa but they are also eco friendly.\r \r Love getting pedicures here. Its so relaxing and you get a take home kit to maintain your pretty feet! \r \r The spa is clean, the staff is friendly, & its just a very nice relaxing treat to give yourself after a long day at work. I highly recommend Beautifica to everyone who wants to be pampered!! more

My sister goes to Beautifica all the time for gel manicures and spray tans and always raves about it. So I wanted to see for myself & I had such a wonderful experience. I did the gel manicure and I absolutely love it. A manicure that lasts at least two weeks on me is nothing short of a miracle! I am so excited to have found manicures that last I already booked my next appointment and I don't even need one yet!! \r \r The staff is so nice. They are very friendly and legitimally happy to see you when you walk in. And its very clean. Looking forward to becoming a regular at Beautifica!! more

I have been going to Beautifica Day Spa for over 6 months, and have only had positive experiences. I live under a mile away, and it is great to have a wonderful place so close! Cynthia (the owner) is always polite and professional in the services I have had there. I feel very comfortable there. I had orange-vitamin C facial 2 months ago, and it was very pleasant. When I left my skin felt refreshed and clean. I go every couple weeks for a gel manicure and will keep going back. Cynthia is always helpful when I want to try a new color. She puts some on a nail so I can see what it looks like on my finger (you can't always tell from the bottle how it will look). She also writes down the color in my appt so I don't have to remember the name. I don't like having my cuticles cut, and she doesn't try and talk me out of it. Cynthia files my names to the shape and size I prefer, and my nails always look good. I keep telling my friends to go there. The spa is kept sparkling clean, and has a pleasant odor (not like nail polish remover). If you have to wait, there are up-to-date magazines to read, and a comfortable window seat to sit on. more

I can't say enough great things about Beautifica Day Spa! I have been going for a little over a year and love the atmousphere and staff, Cynthia the owner is fabulous! The spa is also very clean, bright and pretty. I go for spray tans on a regular basis and not only are they super accomodating when it comes to booking but they do such a great job giving the most natural looking spray tan I have ever had! more

I have been going to this spa since it opened. Everyone is super sweet and very professional.They use all vegan and organic products for the nail services. No harsh chemicals here!! The facials are AMAZING! The microdermabrasion is my favorite. I have NEVER had a bad experience here and I have been many many times. I read the other review about the gel manicure. I get the gel here and mine ALWAYS last about three weeks and I have had probably ten manicures. I highly recommend this spa. more

I don't know where to start! I am absolutely perplexed about how this place could ever get anything beyond 1 star. The owner is rude, harsh, unaccommodating and treats her staff similarly. In fact the only other person that I met there was very lovely but she quit after 2 weeks! I'm surprised she lasted THAT long! The only reason I went back was because I bought multiple Groupons--what a mistake! Further, the gel manicures there don't even last a week! I now go to a wonderful place in Waltham, where the gel manicures last a full 2 weeks plus with LOVELY , warm, kind people that work there! Lastly, I originally chose this place as the owner said that they use a special all natural remover (no chemicals) for the gel process. When I got there, she just used the cheaper, 100% chemical acetone! When I asked her about it, she said it costs extra and that I should buy the remover from her and do it myself at home! WHAT??? more

Love this place! I am a regular for gel manicures and spray tans. The gel manicures last about 3 weeks & I am tough on my hands so it is definitely money well spent. The spray tans are flawless because they are sprayed on by a person. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a very clean relaxing environment!! more
