Out of fairness, I am rating this a 2 is because I didn't experience a treatment, just very poor customer service like the others with groupons. Every time that I called (and within the listed business hours), I received the answering machine. It took me 2 days of phone tag to schedule an appointment for a spray tan. I chose a Friday evening because I was flying out to a wedding the next morning. 6 hours before my scheduled appointment, I received a voice mail canceling because the technician ""couldn't make it in."" I called with concern of the coupon expiring the following week and the woman on the phone assured me that they could extend the deal and honor it a few weeks later due to the inconvenience. Not wanting a spray tan for no reason in the fall, I decided to wait for another occasion. The next week, I called to make an appointment 3 weeks out for another event and I was told that there was no way it could be honored at that rate 3 weeks later and that it was a 7 day policy. I explained my previous discussion and she rudely kept repeating herself, despite me acknowledging that although she claims this is the policy, the last employee stated otherwise and now I cannot take advantage of a deal that I purchased and was told I would be able to use a few weeks later... Given this customer service, I will not be using either the spray tan or gel manicure groupons at this establishment. Although I was excited to try out these services and make this my ""regular spa"" for I plan on taking my future, consistent business elsewhere.
