Great Customer service 11/4/2011

We have had nothing but GREAT customer service from Darrell @ Beardmore Chevy service dept. All of the other service advisors are great also but Darrell always go out of his way to stay on top of GREAT customer service. I have and will continue to recommend their service dept. more

Get your service done at Beardmore Suby!! 6/4/2011

I live within 3 miles of a Subaru Dealership (Stan Olsen) but I will GLADLY drive 22+ miles to deal with the staff at Beardmore Subaru. I know a good deal about my cars and how to care for them. After dealing with the POOR service and attitudes I found at Stan Olsen Subaru, I vowed NEVER to go back. I reluctantly drove the 22+ mile trip to get my car serviced at Beardmore Subaru and the difference was day and night!! The staff at Beardmore took the time to explain all services and costs with no hesitation when it came to my questions and concerns. Beardmore staff puts the customer first and is willing to take the time necessary to address any customer questions or concerns. more

Great car buying experience 8/4/2005

Beardmore Subaru is a great place to buy a new car. Though the internet sales person who I worked with when I bought my car has since moved to another Beardmore location, I imagine they still offer the same great service. They immediately offered me the best price around, only $100 over invoice. Other places were offering at best $500 over invoice. They handled all of the paperwork by mail, so that I never even actually visited the dealership. They even delivered my new car to me, over 150 miles away! It was a fast, easy and smooth process and I’d highly recommend them again! more
