We are having the same issues...received the DVD and Christmas cards but no pictures. We had them done in August and were suppose to receive them in October. I call the studio all the time and hear the same thing, they will send them next week.
I spoke to someone today and asked for a refund, if not time to go to the BBB. She told me she would call me back, still waiting to hear from them. We spent over $400.00, I just want a refund.
Company was bought out and we never knew it, they should have informed us and then finished our pictures first.
