I thank the sales team and the movers of BayFlower Moving Group for providing me the best possible price and service. They were just flawless. Movers had the full control over the whole proceedings. They never looked, confused, shaky or out of sorts. They had their certain plan and they kept on following the checklist. It was a very stress free move, which was completed within the initial quote and schedule. I hardly had to monitor them. They were just awesome during the entire move. I also appreciate the way the interacted with my kid and pet. Thanks a lot guys. more

They ddid an excellent job today. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. \r \r This was a local move as we prepare for a longer move to GA. We needed someone to remove from our apartment everything that will be stored in NJ and to bring it to our two off-site storage units at Public Storage about 9 miles away. They then had to reorganize the two storage units so that one unit would only have what stays in NJ and the other only what goes to GA. \r \r Kane was the sales representative and was very detailed and accurate in describing the services that would be provided. (We had obtained bids from three different movers.) He was also very good about getting back to us when we had questions. the only vendor to give us a ""not to exceed price' and it was still very competitive. The moving guys were so efficient we paid 28% less than the quoted ""not to exceed price"". They wrapped everything carefully, loaded it gently, and placed it in the storage units exactly how we would like it. \r \r more

We had a great experience . They weren't the cheapest but I just had a feeling they wouldn't tack on additional fees at the end. What made me happy though (and kept me from stressing too much) was the excellent customer service I got from Freddy, who helped coordinate my move. \r \r I moved from Philadelphia PA to NYC. On the pick-up day, there were 3 movers and they arrived an hour earlier than expected. I wasn't quite finished packing but I glad to get an early start nonetheless. \r \r What stressed me out was coordinating the move with my (admittedly picky) building I was moving into. I had to reserve a day, provide proof of insurance, get an accurate estimate of my movers' arrival, and have them sign and return a Movers' form. Thanks to the awesome customer service I received all requests were handled seamlessly. \r \r The movers did an amazing job and the whole process of smooth. Couldn't have been happier. more

Their estimate was accurate based on the details that I provided on the phone. I previously have had an in home estimate that was over prized. After forwarding from bay flower the inventory of my furniture he (sales rep) came up with a more reasonable and accurate price. I picked this company and they did a great job. Very happy I saved some money. more

Relocating to California is a very long haul, I have two young children and two puppies so moving wasn't going to be very easy so that's why I hired these guys. I was watching the guys like a hawk making sure that everything got packed properly, Vik and his two assistants were very efficient. They were even early so I was excited to get the work started. I would definitely tell anyone that if they need to move, they need to hire these guys at bay flower for their professionalism and diligence. more

This is a great company to work with! I contacted many companies and I decided to hire these guys! When I called the office, I got all the info I had requested. \r On the moving day, the head foreman and two workers came to my apartment and packed my things so that everything was taken care of. I did not have to worry at all. Everything went smoothly. The guys were so nice, polite and careful with my things. \r I never moved before and expected that it was going to be stressful, but everything was OK including the price. I really appreciate everything they did for me. \r I got the full service and I am extremely satisfied with the company. Thank you guys for making my move easier for me! more

Moving is usually very stressful and is never easy, so that is why it is important to find the right company. It can help ease the pain. I moved from Harrisburg to Chicago and since I had a limited time to find somebody to move my things, I searched the net and asked my friends and decided to hire bay flower moving group. I did the right thing. I had some heavy items but the quote was by far the best I got in comparison to others. My movers were three friendly guys ( Vik and two helpers) who came right on time as they promised. They were professional, fast and extremely careful with all my belongings. Nothing got damaged. There was not a single dent anywhere. My move was so easy that they made me enjoy it. Super price! Overall, I highly recommend these movers. more

used bayflower moving for my recent move from the FL to TX. The move was scheduled for 1.00PM and they showed up 15 minutes early. The lead guy came in to survey what needed to be moved and within 45 minutes everything was out of the apartment. They moved swiftly and carefully and same day evening the move was completed - which included travel time. Nothing was broken or scratched. Very important ,I'm a student,moreover they are extremely inexpensive. I recommend this company to anyone that has to be moved and does not want to spend too much money.\r more

This moving group moved my moms stuff from 2bdr to a one bedroom (2-floor walk up) to Cali. They came on time, packed all of her furniture, and brought it up the stairs very professional. Movers were efficient and friendly and took great care packing my stuff. The booking over the phone was great . Would recommend these movers to my friends and anybody. \r My experience with BayFlower Moving Group was a very good because they delivered my items on time and they were very professional. They picked my home in Florida up and took us to Georgia. I had to relocate because in my field I can make better money in Atlanta, Georgia. I am very happy to announce that my items arrived just 2 days later and they set up everything to make it look just perfect. As a single mother that was such a big help because I am only one woman and my children are very young. \r I am now a happy customer of BayFlower Moving Group and definitely call them my moving company from here on out. They didn't charge me any extra, I think it's because my sales guy quoted us over than what I actually had, that probably saved us I have to say!!!! BayFlower Moving Group is now my moving company to go to!!!!!! more

I want to share more around my move with this company to help others with their decision. Before signing with them I went and did my extensive research online - all the usual stuff like reading reviews and ratings online. While I did that I found that movers should have some special licences and stuff, so I dug a little more on that just in case. \r I had to make sure I am going with a good company because I didn't want to get ripped off by a random mover as this is a common practice in the industry according to what I read. After all I had all my belongings and memories trusted to strangers. \r With these guys I had no problems whatsoever. They booked my date over the phone after I paid my deposit and I started preparing for the moving day. \r I would recommend them if you have a family to move and you want someone to handle it all, especially if you don't have a lot of time time to prepare for the movers. I am too busy at work and I needed someone to handle the whole job. more

I was hoping for the best when they came for the move. I talked with the sales rep again and he ensured me a safe and timely move. He was right. Their movers were more than just efficient. They actually dominated the whole proceedings. They had the total control over the situation and handled the odds very professionally. They finally managed to move everything at the new place within the schedule and without any damage. I was surprised to see all my belongings in one piece and in perfect condition. They also charged me a very moderate amount. In short, I am very happy and I will be using BayFlower Moving Group for my next move too.\r more

After using them for the first time about a month ago (used for an office move) I decided to use them again for my most recent move, which took place last week. The result was expected. I knew that my belongings are in the safest and finest hands. I did not bother to poke my nose during the move. Movers did everything as if it was their own move. They packed, moved and store everything without a hitch and I enjoyed a picture perfect move within a very reasonable price. So, if you are about to relocate just call them and let them do the rest for you. more

I am writing this letter to let you know that you have a group of employees who are absolutely outstanding. Starting with the first person we spoke to who arranged our move, through the men sent to do the actual moving, all were exemplary. The team of movers who packed and delivered our goods were wonderful. They were absolutely professional in the way they handled our possessions, wrapping everything so very carefully that we did not have one item broken. Both my husband and I were impressed, not only with their ability to do all the things that was necessary to get the move done but especially with their attitude. Me and my wife Grace moved from Allentown to Camden. We moved several times before and from our previous experience we expected high pricing, hidden fees, extra charging, damaged or lost things. I asked my wife to try to find a moving company which was going to be a reasonable choice. And searching the internet, she found this company. Not only was it the reasonable choice, but in my opinion it was by far the best choice we had made among moving companies. What a great outcome! There were no hidden fees, no extra charging, no damaged furniture or appliances. The price was law and the quality was really high. I talked to the sales person who was more than friendly going over with the all the details. In the morning of moving date, Vik arrived with two workers and they began to work straight away very carefully and efficiently. The guys did a great job with packing and unpacking our things on the final destination, our new home. Nothing got damaged. I am so thankful to this team. Thanks to those guys our moving situation was smooth and pleasant. Thank you guys a lot!\r more

I thank the entire team of BAY FLOWER for making my move look so easy which was not at all easy. I hired them for a long distance move because I heard a lot about them from my brother. When I called and discussed my move with their sales rep he offered me a very lucrative deal. I grabbed the offer in both hands. But I was little worried about their service. But after using them I can guarantee that they is one of the best movers around. They kept their words by their excellent service. They managed to complete the move before the allotted time, made sure that nothing gets damaged and also charged me less than the estimated amount. I do believe that there was nothing more to ask from this mover.\r more
