We had a great experience . They weren't the cheapest but I just had a feeling they wouldn't tack on additional fees at the end. What made me happy though (and kept me from stressing too much) was the excellent customer service I got from Freddy, who helped coordinate my move. \r

I moved from Philadelphia PA to NYC. On the pick-up day, there were 3 movers and they arrived an hour earlier than expected. I wasn't quite finished packing but I glad to get an early start nonetheless. \r

What stressed me out was coordinating the move with my (admittedly picky) building I was moving into. I had to reserve a day, provide proof of insurance, get an accurate estimate of my movers' arrival, and have them sign and return a Movers' form. Thanks to the awesome customer service I received all requests were handled seamlessly. \r

The movers did an amazing job and the whole process of smooth. Couldn't have been happier.
