I called Bay Point yesterday to confirm a quote for a tow from Concord to Richmond that one of his employees quoted me over the phone a few weeks prior. It was by far the cheapest quote I had gotten, so I wanted to make sure that it was still good before I booked an appointment. Jay told me that he would stand by the quote, and since I wanted it for the next morning (today), he told me to call back in the morning about an hour before I wanted to meet the tow truck to confirm. I called this morning and spoke to Charlie, the guy who was going to provide me the tow. We agreed to meet at the repair shop where my van was, and I would follow him in my car to the dismantler that was buying it. He met me at the shop on time, got my van loaded up and we headed off. 40 minutes later he unloaded the van in Richmond and headed off.
