Well, if you have a lot of money to spend in this economy, then I would recommend this place. If not, don't bother. My dog had a cut on his paw and it wound up costing me over $...

The vets and employees at Bay Glen truely love my pets. It is obvious they pay attention to all of my concerns. I just moved into this area and I can tell you that this place pays special attention to my pets which is more than I can say about any other vet I have been to in this area. I go home with confidence that my dog is taken care of and not just a number in their accounting book. I wish all pet owners could appreciate good care! more

Money talks here, then you 9/2/2012

Very pricey! Some front staff members need some better customer relations skills. A simple smile, and at leat try to pretend you like to take pictures of our animals for your database. I give my Kudos to Dr Kyle, but another vet wouldn't even talk to us unless we brought our pet in. We are extremely knowledgable with cats because my wife use to be a Vet Tech in Japan. We have a diabetic cat with some reoccurring urinary problems most likely related to stress. He has been treated by Dr Kyle, who is great, and with anti biotics and a fluids drip(which she allowed us to administer at home) then it would clear up. Well 3 day weekend was upon us and Dr Kyle not there....so we thought that after checking our cats chart they would let us get some more fluids and antibiotics. NEGATIVE...not going to happen. Bring in our cat they said. Stress is an issue! Hello!! No compassion by the doctor and a certain staff member who can spot immediately. Money seems to be their goal. Not interested in you more

Vet are supposed to help your animal and support the owners feeling. The trust between the vet and owner is important, however the business side of BayGlen is greatly focused on how much money they can charge. They have one front desk clerk who needs some re-training on how to smile and show some compassion and love to the animals. You will know who she is immediately. If you don't love pets and can't smile, get another job.\r K.K. more

Dr. Jodi Long has been caring for my ""babies"" (1 cat & 2 dogs) for about the past 12 years. She has proven herself to be a terrific vet in terms of competence & honesty, and loves on all of us each time we visit. She not only provides choices in care, but if asked will give her best recommendation, too. For all of those reasons, I treasure Dr. Long & highly recommend her at Bay Glen Animal Hospital. more

Follow-up 4/16/2012

Bay Glen does read customer reviews and they do follow up with meaningful dialogue, but they are still too expensive in these financially challenged times. They also need to be more attuned to the expressed needs and requests of the pet's owner. more

Dr. Lisk and Staff are Great! 1/14/2011

Owning two dogs has its ups and downs. 99.9% of the time it's a fun wonderful experience. It's the 0.1% that can catch you off guard. Our dogs see Dr. Lisk. He's given our dogs the best health care we can give them by providing them preventative care, helping us catch early signs of disease. We manage that by making modifcations to their diet or prevent disease by taking a preventative medication/vaccination. Unfortunately one of our beloved dogs had a kidney disease that was irreversible. The staff, Dr. Lisk and Dr. Han, who helped us in the end, were very compassionate about what we had to go through. Without hesitation we will continuing taking our German Shepherd to Dr. Lisk and in the future any new furry friend that becomes a part of our family. more

I'm not rich enough for this vet. 12/10/2010

Well, if you have a lot of money to spend in this economy, then I would recommend this place. If not, don't bother. My dog had a cut on his paw and it wound up costing me over $350 for blood work and other testing. Yes, I do agree that your pet is their best friend but it's not worth paying over $2,000 a year for someone to admire my dog. more

It's like your pet is their best friend 6/15/2010

I love this place for my dog and he appreciates the treats after he does well during the exam, though is skiddish on the slippery floors. The staff is friendly and most of the doctors are very personable with their four-legged patients. It only takes one visit to feel like you can trust them with your pet. Pros: Friendly, patient staff, clean Cons: Frequency of mailings for service more
