Great Service 3/30/2012

Normally UPS leaves us packages when we are not home, but as a signature was required, we missed the first delivery. Your extra little gift was very sweet. I was however disappointed in the ring and won`t be wearing it. I didn`t realize the stones went all around the ring rather than just on top and it`s very uncomfortable. If the picture showed the stones all the way around, then it was my fault for not realizing how uncomfortable it would be. :( more

I looked for a very special ring of gold filigree that my mother had requested on her Christmas wish list. This woman rarely makes her wishes known and asked for very little, so I knew this ring was important to her. After hours of internet shopping and visiting local jewelry stores, I found this beautiful, tasteful ring for a fraction of the cost I had seen anywhere else. The quality is amazing, the purchase arrived very quickly (within days as opposed to weeks that other jewelers suggested, and I am very pleased with the entire process more

This ring is amazing and 100x better in person! I needed it for Christmas and ordered it late due to being busy at work. However, they were able to deliver the ring to me in time so that I could present it to my now fiancee. Needless to say the embarassment that would have come if the ring was not delivered in time. Thank you Batky Jewelers for making a momentous occassion a reality. more
