There needs to be negative stars because this is an extremely unprofessional law office. I called with questions regarding a problem I had will a bill they sent me and charging me incorrectly. The woman was rude. Even though I NEVER once raised my voice or used inappropriate language, I was hung up on. When I called back and asked to speak to her supervisor, she refused and said I needed to let her talk. I told her I was done speaking to her and that I wanted to speak to the office supervisor, she said you have to let me talk. When I told her I didn't want to speak to her, she hung up on me again.
