Usually order seafood from them for my restaurant but the last time I ordered, the crab legs were not the quality that I am used to with them. However, as soon as I contacted them regarding this, they not only exchanged the product free of cost but also made sure to follow up with me regarding it. Though this is the only time I have faced any problem with them, I will still use their products because they are some of the freshest out there.
