This store is a large store for Fort Wayne, but it is not a large store in the general scheme of the chain. It offers a coffee shop with limited seating. The magazine counter is huge and has a great selection of all kinds general and specialty magazines. The discount book section is large with six large counters full of discounted books. The selection of gift items is good with office and bookcase items. Parking can be difficult, especially on summer weekends. I much prefer to shop at the privately owned book stores in town. more

Wonderful Bookstore! 4/15/2006

I love visiting Barnes and Noble in Jefferson Pointe, just to browse (there are sofas and chairs for that very purpose), or to purchase a new book for myself or for a gift. There are all kinds of books here, as well as music. If they don't carry what you want, they can generally order it quickly. There is a wonderful children's area and they have children's programs each month that are free and fun for the little ones. Also there is a Starbucks and a yummy bakery where you can buy tasty treats to enjoy while you read. This is a great place to pop into or to spend the afternoon at! more

Awesome place to shop or just sit back and relax 3/18/2006

With the location being right in the middle of an outdoor mall like Jefferson Point, you can't go wrong. Even when busy you can always find what you're looking for or someone to help you find it. Tons to choose from and a very relaxed atmosphere makes it a great place to shop. You can grab yourself a nice cup of coffee or even a bit of lunch from the cafe and sit down to browse through one of the many books in the store. If you haven't checked it out, definately do so. more

Grammafarm Loves Bookstores 9/28/2005

The location of this store is great! The Jefferson Point shooping center is beautiful! The atmosphere is very fun and upbeat. There are a lot of great stores to complement the bookstore. I like the many selections of reading material, from magazines. biographies, novels, how-to, music in many forms to a coffee shop for refreshments! They offer many special prices, sales, and package deals. more

Beautiful store 6/19/2005

This is a wonderful bookstore. It's big, bright and easy to browse in. There's a coffee bar and a great children's area. There are sometimes children's programs scheduled (all free) and a summer kids' reading program where kids can earn free books. I enjoy spending time here, and I think you will too! more
