If you find yourself in Laurel and hungry, this is the place to be. The Barbecue House has the best BBQ for you dollar in laurel. While I personally believe Red, Hot, and Blue has much better food, the prices there are also astronomically higher. For good home cooked BBQ in Laurel you cant do much better than The Barbecue House. I have personally had the chicken and the beef and both were delicious. I did not partake in the side items but the BBQ itself was delicious, tender, juicy and very flavorful! Highly reccomended! more

Delicious!!!!! Plain and simple! 8/21/2005

Gotta love a really good BBQ sandwich, and this is the place you've got to go to get it. However you like it, chicken, pork or beef, spicy or mild, with coleslaw or not, you'll get it here. Management and employees greet you with a smile while serving up barbecue that, in my opinion, deserves the blue ribbon. more
