Yes, such places do exist. You remember the time (before the proliferation of troughs now commonly referred to as buffets) when you went out for Chinese and were served unique, thoughtfully presented platters of oriental dishes prepared with attention and expertise. Some of us do. Well, such places still exist--Bao Ju is one of them. Quiet, clean, comfortable, great and attentive service, and great food, very reasonably priced (seems to be a retro thing too, these days). But, for those stuck in the buffet mode, not to worry. They have General Tso's chicken on the menu. Thanks for restoring my faith in the integrity of sit-down oriental dining.
