I bought my puppy from a pet store and the pet store told me to take the puppy to a vet for a checkup within 4 days to make sure the puppy was completely healthy. Now my puppy had up to date shots for parvo and distemper. I brought my puppy here and they told me my dog had parvo. I showed them the shot record and said there's no way, shes up to date on shots. shes had 2 da2ppvs (which treats distemper, adenovirus, parafluenza, and PARVO) AND 2 neopar shots, which is specifically to prevent PARVO. The pet store was very thourogh to make sure the puppy was covered. Banfield said, well they lied about the shots, pet stores buy puppy mill dogs and then lie about the shots so you think you have a healthy puppy. I was totally appalled at the way they talked to me. I took my puppy to another vet who told me my dog had a slight congestion problem, but it is very small, shes only had it for maybe a couple days. Banfield has no experienced vet techs, not one single employee cares for the animals. They are all there for money and so they can get paid to do NOTHING. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN.
