Bad customer service, do not get job done 5/20/2008

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are the worst tailor ever and completely overpriced! I went to get a dress fixed that I need for an event. I only had a couple of days to get it done. I dropped it off on Friday morning and when I went to pick it on Tuesday morning they hadn't even done it yet. I went back Wed morning and they didn't even fix it for me but claimed that they had. I wanted to take it somewhere else and they were actually trying to grab the dress out of my hand. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! Pros: convenient Cons: not ready on time, job not completed as requested, expensive more

I agree 2/2/2003

I tried this place too and they also charged me $17 to hem a pair of pants! Then when I brought in jeans that were sueded (clearly not REAL suede) they tried to tell me it would cost $29!!! What a rip-off.... more

Do not try this place 9/29/2002

They tried to charge me $17 to fix one spaghetti strap on a dress..funny they charged $16 to hem lined pants. Also they told me it would cost $29 to take up straps on another dress that was lined...2 times as much as a pants hem. Both were straight forward dresses..nothing complicated and certainly would take less time to fix them as opposed to heming pants..clearly he was trying to rip me off...do not go there. I got the dresses fixed at another tailor in the neighborhood for $8 and $12. PLEASE do not give this place your business more
