Well, where do I start? Our car recently got broken into about 15 feet from the entrance at Bally's and to our dismay this has been the norm there for awhile.. There was no consumer warnings or added security for this issue. We our out a lot of money and I have a lot of concerns regarding safety! So when I took this problem to the GM there, he was extremely unprofessional and not sympathetic at all! He never returned our phone calls and passed a message on to the receptionist that the paper work for cancellation was in. I still have not yet spoken with him! Come to find out, he only said that to try and shut us up...I then spoke to a corporate contact and voiced my concerns about the situation and unprofessionalism from their GM and she did not say sorry once!! Basically, the gym is full of people who are far from Denver's elite. Expect to see greasy men in tank tops grunting after every rep and frumpy women wearing old XL t-shirts (when you really want women in tank tops and men in XL t-shirts working out quietly). The locker room is about as nasty as the community bathroom in my college dorm freshman year, I advise bringing 'shower shoes' (in other words, bring a pair of cheap flip flops to avoid getting warts on your feet while in and walking to/from the shower). The TVs above the cardio equipment are small, old and strain my eyes. It's 2008, they should really invest in some flatscreen LCDs at this point, a $300 32 inch from Costco would be a 100% improvement. Anyway, I still give it 3 stars because it's only $20 a month. On a positive note, the parking is plentiful and the equipment is well maintaned (even though it's not the most modern on the market). Pros: price, parking Cons: It's just not a classy place more

They have horrible customer service. Your money is what is important to them...not you as a customer. I actually had a manager yell at me when I tried to log a complaint about a rude employee. I will never use this gym again. more

I used to come here right after work, which is probably the most crowded time. A treadmill was always available, in spite of how crowded it was. The treadmills were also set up in the ""second row"" so that you could actually watch the television sets up above. Group exercise was reasonably varied and at convenient times in the evenings. Locker room was spacious and clean. Pros: Seems like a treadmill was always available; plenty of parking Cons: not many Bally locations in the metro area more
