Purchased two recliners 10/09, was told they would be ready for pick up on 10/12, called to schedule pickup, was then told (on the 12th) that they were shipping from Florida, but ...

Horrible Customer Service 10/16/2018

Purchased two recliners 10/09, was told they would be ready for pick up on 10/12, called to schedule pickup, was then told (on the 12th) that they were shipping from Florida, but due to Hurricane it would possibly be Tuesday.....again, we called to check on pickup and was very rudely told either get them today or wait until Saturday...WHAT!!!! Not one time did we receive a call letting us know shipment had changed or was delayed. But with all said..the lady was rude and had an attitude. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!! Rating a one only because a zero is not available. more

Furniture Store 7/17/2005

This location has good selection and a large showroom. If there's something you want and they don't have it on the floor, you can order from the store catalog. I do question the quality of some of their furniture though. We found some shoddy defects on their floor models (for example a dresser drawer would repeatedly get stuck), which prompted us to look elsewhere. The staff are friendly and polite though and there is plenty of parking more
