I love getting adjusted. Everytime I walk in the doors, the staff and Drs. make me feel valued and I feel they really care. Doc really listens to my needs and more importantly, he fixes my aches and pains! more

Relief from sciatica and herniated disk 7/17/2011

After working around my herniated disk and pinched nerve, what a relief from my locked up back and sciatica! I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Applegate's adjustments. He has experience and expertise. He's is also genuinely caring about his patience, and is perfectly honest and informative about what is going on. Having the therapy sessions right in the building is also a big check mark! The best Wellness center in Laporte County 7/15/2011

I had serious problems with my syatic nerve and some pain in my neck and lower back. I began treatment and became pain free in 6 months. I would highly recomend if you are having any back issues to go get an evaluation at Back To Health Wellness Center,soon. They have great costomer cervice and they treat you like family. more

Thrid visit 7/7/2011

I am amazed at the small changes I feel after only two ajustments. I purchased a ice pack at the doctors recommendation from his office and found it was very comforting that I didn't have to go to CVS to look for a product. I applied it right away as I left the office and felt some relief as I pulled into my driveway. It's the little things that mean so much. The second thing I notice is Iam breathing better and seem to move a bit easier. I feel like a sunny day.... Thanks BH more

Wellness Visits/ Maintaining 7/6/2011

It never ceases to amaze me how the Doctor can know exactly what my problems are without my ever saying anything. I always come away feeling so much better than when I came in. It's awesome how everything is connected and how each thing can affect another. Too bad that not everyone agrees. more

Massage & Adjustment 7/6/2011

Kristina does a fantastic job. She is a very pleasant person and she really gets my tension spots worked out. I feel very comfortable around her and really look forward to a hour massage given by her. Then my follow up adjustment by Dr. Applegate tops everything off and I know that I walk out of the office feeling a whole lot better. Thank you so much. more

What a relief! 7/1/2011

Last year I was treated for two herniated disks. To my relief and amazement it has been 6 months since I've had another problem. If it would not have been for Dr. Applegate, I would have been on endless pain pills, simply masking the problem and deteriating further. Then just yesterday I discovered that due to some overwork and stress I had 3 pinched nerves. I had sciatica and my back was charlie horsing. I called the doctor's office and was able to get right in. Tonight I am able to walk or sit at my computer without excruciating pain... Thank you Dr. Applegate. Again, I am on my road to recovery. more

My First Experience at the Wellness Center. 6/30/2011

I was truly amazed at how simple it was to fill out paperwork ahead of time not to mention how nice everyone was. I felt Dr. Kirkham listin to my needs. I left with a good feeling that my needs will be taken care of. more
