I am amazed at the small changes I feel after only two ajustments. I purchased a ice pack at the doctors recommendation from his office and found it was very comforting that I didn't have to go to CVS to look for a product. I applied it right away as I left the office and felt some relief as I pulled into my driveway. It's the little things that mean so much. The second thing I notice is Iam breathing better and seem to move a bit easier. I feel like a sunny day.... Thanks BH
