Improvements: This restaurant shows a utter disreguard for lacks customer service. Management was outwardly confrontational & rude. great atmosphere and food 8/21/2005

Baci Bistro is a popular eating and meeting spot in Kailua. I'm not sure if we met the owner but a man who looked like he ran the restaurant was very personable and friendly when we came up to put our names on the waitlist. Inside the restaurant there's a constant energy as patrons carry their personal conversations over delicious plates. I ordered the lobster-filled ravioli -- a different but tasty dish. Overall an enjoyable eating experience. more
