This law firm represented me while I was dealing with a Workman's Comp Case. This company made me feels like a person and not just a paycheck or a claim number. Whenever I had a question or a issue James or Lauren would email or call with a solution within hours. This is very professional. Everything this law firm did for me was in a timely matter. I would recommend James Olsen as a Workman Comp Lawyer. He really does look out for your best interests in your case. more

Being my first 7/29/2014

The Bachus & Schanker 7/21/2014

The Bachus & Schanker team handled my workers comp claim James and Lauren handled my case they did it with the up most respect. They were both so compassionate to what my needs were as well as what medical care I needed they were there though every turn. I could call or send emails to either one of them and they would always get back to me or my wife as fast as they could. They care about their clients first and not about any kind of money. Bachus & Schanker is still representing me on 3 other lawsuits in regards to this case. Bachus & Schanker are very professional when they were representing me. So with their actions I would recommend them to anyone who might need representation by a law firm to call Bachus & Schanker for help. I'm very glad and thankful that I called the right team to help me. more

Amy always responded promptly to emails and phone calls. She is very knowledgeable, which was very reassuring. When I have visited the offices I have noticed the professional atmosphere of the staff. I was involved in a car accident last week. I was serious injuries and my friend’s car was totaled. I called around to friends to find a good attorney to help me. My lawyer friend referred me to Bachus and Schanker, They send an attorney out to my home last Saturday night to talk to me and to take my case. They have helped me this week to get medical care, and explained the process to me. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have someone have my back, while I tend to my recovery. Always a prompt response 4/28/2014

Always a prompt response when I called or e-mailed. I felt like James was looking out for me, not just trying to close the case quickly. Lauren was very helpful, even brought papers to my office for me to sign. Overall, I thought your firm was very professional and really advocated for me. As an attorney myself, I had high expectations, but they were all met. more
