NEVER NEVER NEVER order online with Babies R Us. I am NOT one to leave a bad review. this is actually my first one. But I have ALSO NEVER experienced SUCH BAD customer service as I HAVE with Babies R US. I got THREEEEE charges to my visa card when I ONLY placed 2 orders. It took over a WEEK to get everything figured out. I talked to SOOOOO many people and they were ALLL HELPLESSSS. EACH time I got on the phone to talk about the problem that was NOT fixed yet, I spent like an HOUR on the phone. NEVER NEVER shop online! I'll probably NEVER shop there again. There are plenty of stores that I can buy baby items and toys, who WONT over charge me and then take almost 10 days to fix the problem.
