Best

When I go out to eat, I expect to pay a lot for my meal. I also expect to get a lot of food for that money. I'm a bit of a foodie and only want the best. Well, this place did deli...

Worst

Avoid- I was sat in front of the glasses storage so had waiters bending over infront of me- I spent $75 for a rubbery lobster tail, uncooked veg, and a glass of water.. :(

Almost didn't go. 6/8/2007

I almost didn't go to Boa based on two of the reviews I read. But we decided we wanted to try it so we went. The atmosphere was nice, as were the staff. The Captain (like an advanced waiter) was very knowledgeable about every dish on the menu, and the waiter never let our drinks get empty. This is one of those restaurants where you can spend a decent amount of money, or A LOT of money. All depends on what you drink. I went there with my fiance, I got the NY Strip, she got the chicken breast. We started with a salad which we split because it was big enough, and ordered a side of mashed potatoes which we also split. We drank soft drinks instead of alcohol, and were completely full by the end of the meal. Our bill was $95, which was right around what I'd expected. The food was excellent, perfectly cooked, and very well portioned. I would go again. Pros: Excellent food, knowledgeable staff, prompt service. Cons: Expensive drinks, most bar drinks were $14. more

Not recommended 6/1/2007

My wife and I went to Boa after reading a few reviews on this restaurant. Sadly dissappointing. The atmosphere and the service was adequate. Management was very pompous. Our bill was a whoppoing $380, for the two of us. We both had steak, both of which were not cooked properly and served with french fries. The meals were accompanied with burnt asparagus. All in all a very unappetizing meal. We chose to eat dessert elsewhere. Pros: Waiter knowledgeable Cons: Food poor more

Good Steaks 4/28/2007

the food is good, and the atmosphere is great, but this is vegas, too many great places to try before here. if it was somewhere else other than vegas then definitely a top pick more

Beautiful dining experience at Ceasars! 1/2/2007

My husband and I make a point to reserve a table at Boa during all of our trips to Vegas. Great service, great food, and incredible wine selection. Don't read the Vegas magazines for great dining experiences. If you want a beautiful dining experience ask Las Vegas locals and they will recommend Boa Steakhouse. Pros: Atmosphere,Wine List,Food,Service Cons: ??? more

Inventive steakhouse 11/22/2006

I loved Boa - not only was the food great, but the ambience was sophisticated and elegant as well. I had a Porterhouse and found it to be very inventive (blue cheese topping). Great wines and mixed drinks too! I also really liked the service, the waitstaff were very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. Pros: Service, ambience, food more

Best Steak I've ever had!! 11/16/2006

The steaks are so tender, you don't even need a knife! The service is impeccable and don't forget their specialty drinks. My wife and I who usually have about 2 drinks a year, both had a couple of fusions and wanted even more. Pros: The food, the food, the food !!!! Cons: zero more

horrible 9/19/2006

I was very disappoined with Boa. We started our 4 night stay in Vegas at Boa. The service was terrible, the food was terrible and the waitresses were snobs. The next mornig we were sick that we spent that much money for all of that. Save the money you might spend there for the slots. You can thow it away without indigestion! We were with a friend who tipped the hostess as we arrived to ""take care of us."" I mean, no special treatment but a little attention. I don't think she ever came back to our table. I, and my husband had to put in into our napkin someting we ate. ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Things got better the next 3 nights but the first one , at Boa,was a waste of time, money and anticipattion. Cons: leaving more

After seeing Elton (or Celine).... 8/15/2006

Get out of the concert quickly....walk across the floor....sit down at the bar (away from the lounge area if you're not a smoker)....order the warm olives sauteed in balsamic vinegar and the cheese platter...and be transported. Intense comfort food...and enjoy the service. more

Impeccable service, great steaks and chic ambience! 7/17/2006

We went to BOA on a thursday nite before out 10:30pm show. It wasn't very crowded. Food was fantastic, I had petite filet and boyfriend bone-in filet. Both were delicious. Crab cake appetizer was yummy too. OUr waitress was amazing. The service was fabulous. Chic decor with dark wood, cozy booths. This place had it all, will definitely go back! Oh, PS - the brownie sundae was nothing special...if you want chocolate I'd suggest try something else. Pros: Flawless service, great steaks & food. Good for couples or a group of guys Cons: we went in the front door and had to hike all thru the Forum to get to it. not really a con. more

Spectacular View, Excellent Food and Service 7/13/2006

From the moment I walked in the door, I loved this place. The view from the patio is spectacular and the atmosphere is upscale and fun. The meal can not be beat. My steak was perfect, the table-side Caesar is the best salad I have ever had, and the sides are so rich. The staff is very friendly and professional. One of the best experiences I have ever had, I felt like royalty and will absolutely return on my next trip.\r \r Pros: Decor/View, Friendly Staff, Best Steak more

hi 6/21/2006

Friendliest, guest orientated steakhouse in town. Not intimidating or uptight, Staff catering to your every need. The decor is ultra hip in a ""Dining with Nature"" sort of way, which entails intriguing drift wood trees over 800 yrs. old, red lanterns that hang above creating a red moonlight effect, hip sounds to boot. The service and impeccible food can't be matched. Indulging every sense imaginable when you opt to dine on one of their outdoor verandas, with a Las Vegas Strip View that can only be described as surreal! Loved it and look forward to many return visits. Try the ""Boa 405"" best drink ever. Pros: Location, Cocktails, Views more

OK FOOD, GREAT SERVICE 4/4/2006

We ate here April Fools Day 2006, nice place, it looks better on the web site than it does live, If you are eating indoors, there is no view, just a peak out the window. however, great service, very friendly, not snooty, great shrimp kabobs, nice drinks. We had tix to Elton John at 7-30 pm, waiter(s) helped us get there by serving quick, and actually walking us out the door with directions, NICE! Pros: service more

One of the best in Vegas 3/26/2006

Went there recently and had one of the best dining experiences of my life. Hip, low-key, quality food, wine, setting, service. Easily one of the best in Vegas. more

Will definately be back 3/11/2006

It was late, we had no reservations anywhere, and I wanted a nice sit down dinner. We were promptly sat when we arrived at a table with a beatuiful view. The restaraunt had a wonderful decor. I felt the service was great even being as late as it was, the menu had wonderful choices and I highly recocomend their steaks. The only advice that I can give is that their salads could be a little better for the prices. The view of the strip from the balcony is beautiful so when the weather is warm, try to request a table out there. Pros: steaks, service, view Cons: salads more

Nothing to write home about..... 2/28/2006

We had a reservation for a Saturday night for 2 people and even when we arrived we had to wait 25 minutes. It took 10 minutes just for them to ask us if we wanted water. Then it took awhile to take our order. The Caeser salad and the BOA Chop Salad were awful. They wery soggy and had no taste! The steaks were pretty good, but i have had better and at a cheaper price! Pros: ambiance, location Cons: service, salads more

Pleasure seekers Utopia 2/27/2006

This place is crazy good. My waiter said, ""Best steaks in town."" It was all I could do to stop from laughing in his face. When dinner was over, he had the last laugh. These steaks were LITERALLY melting in my mouth. Chef Aleman does exactly what a steakhouse chef should do: Have a kick-ass appetizer menu. The ""Goat cheese begneit"" is the most delightful thing to eat. Ever. ""Prime beef two ways"" is excellent and a perfect way to sample the high quality beef at BOA. To talk about the wine list would be smug. Just check it out, as well as the exceptional cocktail list. These will blow your mind. I guarantee you have never tried anything like them. GO TO BOA. THE Frank G Pros: educated staff, quality ingredients, awesome view Cons: hard to get in more

A Great Dining Experience 12/30/2005

I live in Las Vegas and like most locals am the benefactor of an extremely competitive steakhouse environment. Last night was my first time eating at BOA and was impressed by the attention to detail put into everything from the service to the excellent food. Tucked away on the new level in the Forum shops at Caesars, it was an extremely enjoyable dining experience as I ate the best steak of my life. I was also impressed that Tony Fisher, the General Manager of BOA's, came out to personally ask how our dining experience had been. No conversation about Las Vegas's best steakhouses can be complete without mentioning BOA's. Pros: Great Food, Great Service, Beautiful people more

A great meal 12/30/2005

I have eaten here several times...food is always good. It is not the best steak in town, but very good, and the options of rubs or sauces gives it something different. Service is always friendly and prompt. The drink specialties are worth a trip to the bar themselves...great concoctions! Pros: Food, Service more

A True Dining Experience 12/1/2005

I must say that out of the plethora of Steakhouse to choose from in Las Vegas, Boa is at the top of my list in an overall best dining experience. Especially the servcice is so unpretentious and friendly. Pros: Kobe Steaks , Prime Beef, Assorted Seafood Cons: Third floor of a mall more
