Repair of leak 4/5/2017

The shutoff valve to my toilet was leaking. Colby came to repair the leak, and installed a new shutoff valve and new supply line. This took care of the leak. He arrived on time, and was finished within an hour. The price was quite reasonable for the job. I have consistently had very quick and good service from this company, and from the people in the office and the workers who have come to make repairs. more

Semi-Annual Maintenance Check 2/15/2017

I have been with Beloman for many years. Gage M performed my furnace check-up. He was pleasant, professional, answered my questions, and explained the work that he would be doing. I would definitely recommend BELO. more

Heat Pump wasn't working. John K. showed up right on time. I explained the problem and John thought he knew what it was right away. After a few tests in just a few minutes, he was right. After he had the parts, it was working like new in no time. Great job John! I know who I'll be calling if we ever have another problem. Beloman. more

Nick was amazing. We were frozen over the weekend & my son is disabled. We needed help & he came. He was very kind & caring and didn't just talk to me, he explained it to my son Will too since it's his house. He has a very calming influence, very personable, kind, & we always love it when he comes. He's very trust worthy too! He gave us options on our thermostats & was very fair on what would be beneficial for us. I have a lot of gratitude for the way he does his work. Thanks a lot! The employee's of Beloman are always polite and always helpful. They accommodate your time frame. For my service today I had Gage M (I have had him before) and he went the extra touch to explain that he could sell me a filter since I had not purchased a new one, but he checked the price first to see if his px was cheaper (it was).... to me that was an "extra" . I feel confident that my service is done correctly and confident that if I do have an issue, it will be resolved quickly and courteously. I highly recommend Beloman. more

Winter Furnace Service 312 Hillcrest Drive Belleville 11/16/2016

John Krieg was the service tech that serviced our unit today 11 16 16. Service was conducted in a very professional and courteous manner. I was totally satisfied with John he has a very personable mannerism his entire time he was here. I do not know if a customer can request a specific person to do service?
