Clayton completed his job at my duplex in very timely manner and did an outstanding work. He advised me of possible problems if found and was a good person to talk to when I asked a question. I would highly recommend him as one of Belo's outstanding employee and I would recommend Belo to other people who are looking for company to service their home in heating or cooling matters. more

Semi-annual HVAC service 8/1/2017

John Krieg is great. He has serviced our HVAC before and it's always nice to see a familiar face. John is very friendly and personable. He noticed we are doing a little demolition/renovation work in the house and left an extra furnace filter. John and Belo are the best. more

Had the pleasant experience of having 3 fine gentlemen do work on my mother's plumbing and a/c. Val, Martin and Mark were prompt, very polite and kept me informed of the progress or difficulties they were having. The absolute best. more

Service Visit 7/24/2017

As always, Bel-o was extremely responsive regarding my problem with my A-C. Brittany and Stephanie were both understanding, hearing me out, with a failing A-C in a time of extreme heat when my heart medication was being withheld because of a procedure I will be having Tuesday. My thanks to them for arranging a timely response by Dustin. Dustin has been servicing my units for quite some time. He is not only efficient, but also extremely knowledgeable and explains problems in detail. Bel-O is blessed to have employees of such high caliber. Thank You! more

A/C Blower Not Running 5/22/2017

John was great! Explained the problem and he went right to the culprit and found the bad capacitor. Quickly replaced and A/C bad to working condition. John decided to check refrigerant charge and found it was a pound low. Filled system to proper level. John is extremely friendly and personable. Will not hesitate to call on John or another member of the Beloman Team.....Thanks more

Gage's work on my air comditioner 4/19/2017

I set up an appointment for yearly servicing of my air conditioner for today. I was called a half hour before the appointment to confirm the appointment, and Gage arrived on time to do the work. He explained what he was doing, and replaced a part that was beyond its recommended life cycle. He has serviced my air conditioner in the past, and once again did a good job in a friendly and efficient manner. He obviously knows what he is doing, as do other workers from this company. The office staff is efficient and friendly as well. That is why I have continued to use the services of this company for a number of years. more
