I was not impressed with their customer service or their product. I was told that I would be notified 1-2 days before work was done, they just showed up at my house to do prep work without notifying me or going to the door and letting my wife know who was at home at the time. They cut my underground dog fence without letting us know until I got home. I contacted them and was told someone would call back, well I called them back. They said that they could fix it with a wire nut without even looking at it. Well, I ended up fixing it because a wire nut was not going to fix the problem. I was then given the bill, I contacted them again. Well, when they finally called be back they didn't feel it was their fault the underground wire was cut. It took me 2 hours to fix the mess that they created. I highly recommend that you look for a different company and product.
