B & B Plumbing Inc

I lease a building next to B&W Plumbing formely B& B Plumbing. The landlord of both buildings hired B&W to install a toilet because the water at my office had been shut off since 07/01/2014 because of a toilet running constantly. I provided the toilet and the landlord was to provide the install. After toilet was installed which by the way they did a great installation. The water had been turned off but I was told by the water department that the plumber could turn it on when he installs new toilet. B&W did not do that. Apparently the landlord told them that Cobb Water shut the water for none payment even though I had give her the document from Cobb showing it was off because of 3.8 gallons of water going through the meter per hour. I called B& W's office today to ask them to come test the toilet because the water authority had given my office permission to turn the water on. I called to B&W's Office today to ask them to come test the toilet as that was the instruction given to my office secretary by the Rep from B& W that installed toilet on 07/15/14. The gentlemen started yelling and screaming in the phone that I need to go pay my damn water bill and that he was not coming to turn no water on etc. I kept telling him that the water was already on because the water authority gave us permission to turn it on but he kept shouting go pay your damn bill. I ask him 2 time if he was the owner and he said yes I am the owner B& W you know me. He would not let me explain to him what the issue was he went on the false information that the landlord gave him insisting that my water was off because of non payment. Until the toilet leak in June my bill is usually $10-14 a month. We do not use any water in the building for drinking. We only use the toilets. I can only assume my race is the issue. all I wanted was B& W to come test the toilet that they had installled. I plan to file a complaint with BBB. Again the toilet installation was very well done. more

Today, after a bad experience with another plumbing company, I decided to give B &B Plumbing a call. When I explained my problem and what I needed, the dispatcher said she'd have one of her guys call me back shortly once she gave him the message. No more than 10 minutes went by and I received a call and the voice on the other end of the line was wonderfully friendlyl. He said he could come in less than two hours, which he did. He took the time to explain what the problem was and resolved it in no time, and was polite and courteous. He provided good old fashioned service and I was extremely pleased with the results. I will call them any time I find that I have a plumbing problem as they were excellent. Thank you B&B Plumbing! You are incredible! more

Good: I liked the fact that they were on time and courteous I was also able to look the technician up on the secretary of state web site and see that they were licensed. Bad: no negatives. Improvements: none. Other: the technicians are friendly and nice and really licensed and knowlegeable. more

Everywhere you go in Acworth and Kennesaw, you see a B&B plumbing truck or van. They are very popular because of their outstanding customer service and quick response. We have needed them a few times and I can always so that I have been happy with the results. The plumbers are very helpful and courteous. The prices are reasonable. more
