I used Autoworks of Issaquah recently for my mother-in-law's car repairs, but I first heard about them because they were a AAA approved shop. I have been using them for about 15 years. They do good work, and they are honest. I don't feel that I have to question what they are doing. They have proven over time and through experience that they have what is best for my car in mind. If there ever is a problem they always fix it. I like them, they are straight people who do a great job. Steve Charlston more

Dependability and Honesty 5/24/2010

Isn't that what we are all looking for in a garage. Not many of us know if what the garage is telling us is true or not which is why honesty and integrity is critical. Autoworks has always been as honest as the day is long. How do I know? Many times they have fixed my problem for next to nothing. And those problems have not returned. One other thing I like is that there are no surprizes. There are never any hidden costs that I didn't know about. We have a long-term relationship and the loyalty goes both ways. more

Good service but expensive 10/17/2005

We have used the Autoworks of Issaquah a couple of times for our automotive needs and found that they have a very knowledgeable staff and very good service. The downside is that the prices for repairs are quite expensive. The communication with the repair shop is good which is a plus as most don't bother to call you when they say they will. more
