I purchased my new car from Autos Direct Online (ADO) in October 2010. This is the 3rd vehicle that my family has purchased from ADO in the last 2 years. We have always experienced a friendly, honest & enthusiastic sales staff. Also, the prices and quality of their products are extremely competitive when compared to those of other pre-owned dealers. It is for these reasons that we have made the 45 minute trip from our home to visit Autos Direct Online as our first stop when car-shopping. \r \r All business transactions have been easy, smooth, and quick.\r \r Additionally, their website is incredibly user-friendly. It is very easy to navigate and browse their selection of vehicles. Every listing also provides 40-50 clear, color photos so you can really see the details on the inside and out of each vehicle. All vehicles test-driven were as described online.\r \r Cars we have purchased include a 2002 Lexus RX 300, a 2001 Lexus RX 300 & a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe.\r \r We will definitely look to purchase from ADO in the future and continue to recommend them to others. more

Autos Direct Online is the greatest! 10/12/2010

I purchased my '06 Pacifica at Autos Direct Online a few months ago. I have nothing but good things to say about these boys. Shawn and Vince, the owners, are helpfully involved in the transaction, and helped me get financed easily. The whole crew at Autos Direct Online was friendly, personable and knowledgeable - Shawn really helped me figure out which vehicle would best suit my family's needs. Autos Direct Online has a nice, clean, well-lit facility and an extensive inventory. Their prices were GREAT - better than the other (tons of) dealerships we visited. Everyone who worked there and everyone I saw walking out was smiling and happy, and it really made me feel at ease. I was a little worried when I saw the couple of negative reviews Autos Direct Online had,but they were highly unsubstantiated based on my experience with them. If you go to Autos Direct Online, I can practically guarantee your good experience. Just remember to share it with all us onliners! more

Autos Direct Online is the greatest! 10/12/2010

I love Autos Direct Online!! I bought my Pacifica from them a couple of months ago after going to numerous dealerships. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me get financed! I would recommend Autos Direct Online to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They have an extensive inventory, and their facilities were clean and well-lit. They really made me feel comfortable, and didn't even mind when my kids were acting up. Shawn and Vince (the owners) sat and helped me figure out which vehicle would best suit my family's needs. I checked out their inventory online, but when I got to the dealership, I passed up the Durango I planned on purchasing for the Pacifica, because it was more fuel efficient. I absolutely LOVE my car, and when I was rear-ended just after buying it, Autos Direct Online helped me find a reputable repair facility in the area. My daughter turns 16 next year, and Autos Direct Online, here we come (back)! more
