After being treated terribly (and lied to) at Earnhardt Toyota, I reached out to Tempe Toyota and am glad I did. Kim Franklin worked super hard to give us a great deal and the process was extremely painless. We got the Prius V we were looking for, and everyone at the dealership was great. No pressure, super helpful/friendly. When was the last time the manager of the dealership made it a point to personally come thank you for your purchase? That’s how they do it here. We’ll be back to buy at next vehicle from Kim/Tempe Toyota.
