I heard about API from a friend, I was not disappointed. They are honest and the quality of the work is great. The prices are great. If your car needs fixing just call Bill he knows his stuff. I will be there again monday for some work. more

Great, Honest Mechanics 1/29/2009

Bill and his team are great to work with. They take the time to understand your issue and get it fixed right the first time. Very fair and reasonable; I never feel like I getting charge for stuf I don't need. It is nice to find a mechanic like this now days! more

API is always friendly, helpful and honest! I couldn't ask for more! The staff is always efficient and I couldn't ask for a better facility! I like the fact that they're not afraid to inform me of what's going on with my car. Most places don't do that and then wonder why customers leave when a breakdown happens. Personally I'd rather know in advance regardless of what news is given! That kind of honesty is what makes or breaks a business in my opinion. more

Trouble with new tires 9/18/2008

The new tires to be mounted on my Prius had some issues and did not fit properly on the rims. Since I was in the waiting room for over 3 hours I was not a happy camper. However, when I came back the next day the boys had a solution. And the supervisor made it right by not charging me for the labor. So it was all good in the end. more
