My salesperson handled everything flawlessly!

I have worked with Go Toyota forever and have been EXTREMELY PLEASED with everyone with whom I come in contact. Lane Ellis is my FOREVER sales associate; he is outstanding. Steve and Chris Lodholm are my customer service experts and take EXCELLENT care of me! And I just met Sunshine Lump this time. She was so helpful in explaining how everything works.\r \r I am a Realtor and refer your dealership to everyone!!!!!! And Lane Ellis is THE VERY BEST salesperson I ever have dealt with in 40+ years of buying/owning cars.\r \r Thanks for everything! more

One of the best experiences a person can ask for, they are one of the busiest stores I have ever been to, yet they treated us like family! Byron was the sales manager and knew how busy they were yet, took care of us from start to finish and even helped take stuff out of our old car and put it in the new one IN THE RAIN! Josh was very personable and treated us like he was buying the car as he discussed every detail! Jeff the GM was incredible and made a point to tell us thank you. There is a reason they get all of the business they do, there is no other Toyota store in the state that treats you like family when they are selling 50+ cars a day (so it seemed) more

Buy your car from Carlos or Roger. They will deal fairly with you and don't put on the pressure. A+\r I will continue to be a loyal Toyota fan and support this dealer. more

We purchased a new Prius in June 2011 from Go Toyota and have not had our car serviced yet. However, all of the dealings we've had with this dealership have been very positive. We were treated to a sandwich supper and information clinic for new owners last night. We felt this experience was not only helpful, but also gave us an introduction to the dealership and some of its staff. more

Excellent and efficient purchase of a new Highlander. Absolutely recommend Kenny as a good sales person to work with. I had no problemsv of any sort. I arrived at the dealership after having done my research on prices, for both the purchase and trade-in. I was already pretty sure what vehicle I wanted, but Kenny was very helpful and answered all my questions and provided even more useful info. This purchase did not take hours of frustrating bartering. more

We recently purchased a Camry Hybrid from Collin Cooper. He was patient, helpful, and sincere in his dealings with us. In all the years we have been buying cars, we have never encountered a more professional and concerned set of employees. GoToyota Arapahoe is, in our experience, and excellent organization with which to conduct business. more

Asked to leave in car that had complete brake failure, three times in four days - they couldn't find problem and knew it wasn't fixed, bust asked us to drive it away and get it out og their hair?????\r \r We have a 2007 Hybrid Camry. On Friday Oct 5th, while driving home from my work, my wife called me from a parking lot saying she just had a complete brake failure and had just experienced one the scariest moments of her life. Car was towed directly to Go Toyota. Car picked up falling day with roughly $250 bill for ""brake light sensor"". \r \r Car was not driven over the weekend. Monday Oct 8th, not six miles from home on way to work, same issue! Wife was able to safely goat off road into parking lot - NO BRAKES. Again, vehicle towed back to Go Toyota. We picked up car Monday evening, told an ""adjustment was needed to recently installed brake light sensor"". \r \r The very next day, Tues Oct 9th, you guessed it - complete, total brake failure AGAIN!! Car towed back..... needless to say some frustration mounting.\r \r We were given a rental car while our car was analyzed. Friday afternoon (10/12) we receive call to come get car. No problem could be found and they needed rental back.\r \r What do we do now????? Are you kidding me? Asked if he'd let his wife and family drive in that car knowing what he knows, the service manager said no he would not want that for his family - but they cant find anything wrong and needs us to come get it.\r \r Wow. I'm seriously at a loss - they KNOW the brakes continue to fail bust ask us to come get it - unfixed????\r \r I have ZERO trust in that group - there are serious safety issues involved. Do NOT trust your family when \r Go Toyota service is involved. \r \r I guess we contact Toyota directly and ask who they have that CAN fix a Toyota, it surely isn't this dealership... more

Soon as I arrived, It's like your own personal dealership. Greeted was a warm, friendly welcome (Steve L.) to the Service Manager (Chris L.)writeup. I've been comming here to this dealership for almost 10 years and the personal greetings and service continues to be first rate. After the service was performed, the Tech (Todd B.) came and greeted me indicating the Highlander is in great shape and no anticipated problem could be expected. A 'family atmosphere' this dealership has it. We've purchased 5 vehicles from them and the team of sales and service professionals and my association with them as been 'GREAT'. more

My family members and I have purchased many vehicles with Pete's assistance and have been very happy every time. I like being able to do all the work over the internet and just show to pickup the vehicle. Pete has always treated me like one of his family members and everything is honest. Something you don't see much anymore. I recommend Pete to everyone I know and will definitely continue dealing with him and the dealership in the future. more

The employees at Go Toyota Arapahoe are the nicest, most knowledgeable staff I have ever dealt with when buying a car. We were able to reach a fair price and close the deal in record time. I love my new Rav4 - thanks to all of you that helped with me find and buy it!!!! more

No Go Toyota Arapahoe 7/23/2012

I'm from Michigan and I traded up to a 2010 Highlander. Stupid me, after signing everything my wife noticed a $399 charge for some kind of windshield insurance (the windshield already was damaged when we bought it!) it involved some stuff like Rain-x that they apply to the windshield. They applied it to an already damaged one! Also there was a $399 theft insurance added in. When I questioned it the salesman Mike Cho showed me on the window sticker where it was. I totally missed it because it they strategically placed it where you don't notice it. I really feel like an idiot for not seeing it. The worst thing though was after the 5 hours it took to finalize everything (included swapping out some worn out tires the salesman claimed were new) we were ready to drive away and I asked for the other keys and fob. The guy tells me then that there is only one key and fob. No Valet keys and no extra keyand fob for my wife. Of course by now the service department is closed so we can't get one. I more

Quick lube staff scammed me out of $80 2/11/2012

Pleasantly Surprised 3/31/2011

I have to say that I always dread buying a new car. My experience with Go Toyota was surprising. The salesperson was very knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. When I decided to buy I was able to negotiate through him and I didn't have to be passed off to a sales manager. I was very happy with the price I got but I did have the Consumer Report printout on the vehicle which I always think speeds up the negotiations. The only hard sell I got was from the Finance person who was selling the extended warranties. The vehicle was ready and everything in order when I picked it up and he spent as much time as necessary going through the paperwork and vehicle. It really was a nice experience. more
