Poor customer service - beware! 9/9/2005

We brought our Sienna in to have a recall notice taken care of as well as service done to the sliding door. It took 6 hours for them to complete something that should have taken 15 minutes and they had to special order the part for the door - making yet another appointment necessary. Shuttle took AT LEAST 3 hours to arrive. Unacceptable! PROS: It's a dealership - where else can you get recall notices completed? CONS: V-e-r-y slow, never have parts in stock, shuttle service is a joke more
