Suppress my expectations! 11/2/2011

Auto impact I continues to meet and suppress my expectations every time I need to use them. They are very fast with my repairs and my vehicle always looks incredible! I have been in a few small wrecks and a one large one and every time I have used Auto Impact. Thanks for the great service! more

I haven't had such amazing customer service from any establishment, ever! These guys really care about the customer and show it from the time you walk in to door, until you pick up your care. They do good work and they won't over charge. Nothing but nice things to say about Auto Impact. more

Because of the horrible experience at the another garage, I turned to google to find some recommendations. I'm so glad I did.These guys are honest and trustworthy, and really made me feel like they cared about my situation. What a surprise to find out it was only like $100 for all their work. After being rear-ended the other drivers insurance company AAA put us in touch with Auto Impact. While generally the whole process of getting your vehicle repaired seems overwhelming Auto Impact made everything so easy and stress free. From the first moment of speaking with them we dropped the car off, and when they finished they kept us in the loop on the process. They also worked well with the rent-a-car company with pick up and drop off. When we finally picked up the vehicle it was perfectly done and the car was washed and cleaned. It looked brand new! more
