I recently had my SUV vandalized and was looking to replace the back windshield. I searched on-line and checked out other glass repair centers and by far; Glass Master was the cheapest. I called Glass Masters and was informed that because my vehicle had so many parts, that i would be best to bring it in. So the next day, i dropped my suv off. Everything was going good, until it came time to pick my truck up. Once I walked into the office, the receptionist, was on a personal call; talking about what she was going to name her baby. She looked as if she was approx. 6 months or so. Anyway, she never acknowledged me; standing at the counter. And after a few minutes, I interrupted her personal call to ask, if my truck was ready. She indicated yes, took my payment, and told me to go back there to get my truck. I had to go to the work are (garage) and drive my own truck out of the work area. The district manager, never came out of the office, and no one never checked with me to make sure I was satisfied.
